Java 8 Streams : Count the occurrence of elements(List<String> list1) from list of text data(List<String> li

Hope this helps In real life scenarios you would have to consider that applying an arbitrary number of match operations to an arbitrary number of comments can become quiet expensive when the numbers grow, so it’s worth doing some preparation:
code :
Map<String,Predicate<String>> filters = elements.stream()
    .map(s -> Pattern.compile(s, Pattern.LITERAL|Pattern.CASE_INSENSITIVE))
    .collect(Collectors.toMap(Pattern::pattern, Pattern::asPredicate,
        (a,b) -> { throw new AssertionError("duplicates"); }, LinkedHashMap::new));
    .map(e -> Map.entry(e.getKey(), listofComments.stream().filter(e.getValue()).count()))
    .forEachOrdered(e -> System.out.printf("%-7s%3d%n", e.getKey(), e.getValue()));

C#: Count a dictionary Key (word) occurrence in a String (text) present in a list

This might help you I added code, having more time complexity, but you can retrieve sentence having maximum occurrences of a word. Your task is to make it compatible with your problem and try to solve your problem by your own.
code :
 //Function to print maximum occurances of word from dictionary with sentence
    public static void FindSentenceWithMaxOcc(List<string> list, Dictionary<string, int>dict){

        int maxSentenceIndex = 0, index = 0;
        int maxCount = int.MinValue;
        string word = "";

        //Iterate through dictionary containing words with total occurances
        foreach(KeyValuePair<string, int> kv in dict){

            //Iterating through sentences present in list
            foreach(string element in list){
                //Split all words using space
                string[] words = element.Split(' ');
                //Count all occurrances of dictionary key in sentence
                int temp = Array.FindAll(words, s => s.Equals(kv.Key.Trim())).Length;

                //Get max occurrances
                if(temp > maxCount){
                    maxCount = temp;
                    maxSentenceIndex = index;
                    word = kv.Key;
            index = 0;

        //Print result
        Console.WriteLine("Maximum count: " +maxSentenceIndex);
        Console.WriteLine("Word: " +word);
        Console.WriteLine("Sentence" +list[maxSentenceIndex]);

To fix the issue you can do You can do what you want using Stream.flatMap(Function).
code :
public static List<String> collectValues(Map<String, List<String>> map) {
    return map.values().stream()
public static <E> List<E> collectValues(Map<?, ? extends Collection<? extends E>> map) {
    return map.values().stream()
public static <C extends Collection<E>, E> C collectValues(
        Map<?, ? extends Collection<? extends E>> map, Supplier<C> collectionFactory) {
    return map.values().stream()
public static <C, E> C collectValues(Map<?, ? extends Iterable<? extends E>> map,
                                     Collector<E, ?, C> collector) {
    return map.values().stream()
            .flatMap(iterable -> StreamSupport.stream(iterable.spliterator(), false))
