it fixes the issue I'm having some problems with my Reactapp. I'm trying to authenticate user and get some data from my backend, and mapStateToProps are little problem. This is how I'm getting successfully only user: , It should be
code :
const mapStateToProps = (state) => {
    const {authUser} = state.auth;
    return {
        serversList: state.servers.servers,
const mapStateToProps = ({servers, auth}) => {
    const {authUser} = auth;
    return {
        serversList: servers.servers,

mapStateToProps with an ID?

Does that help the mapStateToProps function takes the second argument which is own props(props passed to a component outside connect). You can grab the id that way if I correctly understood what you're trying to achieve.
code :
const mapStateToProps = ({elements}, {id}) => {
  return {
    elements: getElementsById(elements, id),

Reactjs Redux:mapStateToProps not rendering the component on state change

wish helps you MapStateToProps does a shallow compare of the values returned each time. A shallow compare will compare references for objects and arrays. When you sort, the array is sorted in place, so the reference doesn't change. See sort. You could prove it by returning a new reference to the array:
code :
 return [...ListOfCategory.sort(a,b) // rest of sort code ]

From mapStateToProps to setState

should help you out In order to save something to a database, you don't need to call setState() at all. State and Props are just mechanisms used by React to manage data and interactions with the data (this is an overly gross simplification).
looking at your code, you just need to convert your book object to a smaller/different format.
code :
saveData = () => {
    // The code below just shows intention and shouldn't be used as is.
    let book = this.props.book
    let bookToSave = {
            title: book.volumeInfo.title,
            subtitle: book.volumeInfo.subtitle,
            authors: book.volumeInfo.authors,
            description: book.volumeInfo.description,
            thumbnail: book.volumeInfo.imageLinks.thumbnail,
            buyLink: book.saleInfo.buyLink
    this.props.save(bookToSave, this.props.history);
render() {
    <BookInfo book={this.props.book} onSave={this.saveData} />

ReactJS + Redux props from mapStateToProps do not refresh on dispatching action

Hope this helps After dispatching action props do not changed. My redux container: , Ah, caught the culprit: (It should be loginReducer's token)
code :
const mapStateToProps = state => {
    return {
        token: state.loginReducer.token,

Reactjs-Redux: Even after user is logged in, mapStateToProps returns user is authenticated as false at first, then true

To fix this issue Unless you include the token in the initial state, you're going to see token as false until checkAuthStatus is fired, which in your case is componentDidMount. You could set token to the localStorage value in the initial state.
