fixed the issue. Will look into that further The Identity and Access tool by default changes the configuration in the web.config to require all unauthenticated users be redirected to the authentication provider.
code :
   <deny users="?" />
  <allow users="?" />

i want a button in my html page on clicking the button it works same as a tab button

it fixes the issue Inspired with this answer from lee, by selecting 'focusable' elements (and knowing which one is currently in focus) we can simulate TAB press and move focus to next one. Fiddle example here, using following HTML:
code :
<fieldset class="tab_area">
    <legend>Tab works here</legend>
    <p><input type="text" /></p>
    <p><input type="text" /></p>
    <p><input type="text" /></p>
    <p>More info <a href="#" title="Link">here</a></p>
            <option value="1">Option 1</option>
            <option value="2">Option 2</option>
<p><input type="button" class="tab" value="Click me to Tab" /></p>
var focusAbles = $('.tab_area').find('a[href], area[href], input:not([disabled]), select:not([disabled]), textarea:not([disabled]), button:not([disabled]), iframe, object, embed, *[tabindex], *[contenteditable]');
$('.tab').on('mousedown', function (e) {
    var inFocus = $(':focus');
    if (inFocus.length) {
        var focusIndex = focusAbles.index(inFocus);
        if (focusIndex + 1 < focusAbles.length) {
            focusAbles.eq(focusIndex + 1).focus();
        } else {
    } else {

    var inputfirstname = document.registration.inputfirstname;
    var inputlastname = document.registration.inputlastname;
    var inputrollno = document.registration.inputrollno;
    var inputclass = document.registration.inputclass;
    var inputemail = document.registration.inputemail;

    if (firstname_validation(inputfirstname, 5, 12)) {
        if (lastname_validation(inputlastname, 6, 12)) {
            if (allnumeric(inputrollno)) {
                if (alphanumeric(inputclass)) {
                    if (ValidateEmail(inputemail)) {
                        alert('Form Successfully Submitted');
                        return true;

    return false;

function firstname_validation(inputfirstname, mx, my) {
    var input_firstname_len = inputfirstname.value.length;
    if (input_firstname_len == 0 || input_firstname_len >= my || input_firstname_len < mx) {
        alert("First Name should not be empty / length should be between " + mx + " to " + my);
        return false;
