Get UTC epoch time till start of current year in C++

I wish this helpful for you I just realized that getEpochTimeFromSOY() is intended to just return the time_t associated with the first of the year, and not do the subtraction between the current time and the first of the year. Here's that:
code :
std::time_t
getEpochTimeFromSOY()
{
    using namespace date;
    using namespace std::chrono;
    auto currTime = system_clock::now();
    auto y = year_month_day{floor<days>(currTime)}.year();
    return floor<seconds>(sys_days{y/1/1} - sys_days{})/1s;
}
#include <ctime>
#include <chrono>

std::time_t
getEpochTimeFromSOY()
{
    using namespace std::chrono;
    auto currTime = system_clock::now();
    auto y = year_month_day{floor<days>(currTime)}.year();
    return floor<seconds>(currTime - sys_days{y/1/1})/1s;
}
#include "date/date.h"

#include <ctime>
#include <chrono>

std::time_t
getEpochTimeFromSOY()
{
    using namespace date;
    using namespace std::chrono;
    auto currTime = system_clock::now();
    auto y = year_month_day{floor<days>(currTime)}.year();
    return floor<seconds>(currTime - sys_days{y/1/1})/1s;
}

//will give you the amount of sundays from the begining of the year
$daysTotal = ceil((date("z") - date("w")) / 7);
//will give you the amount of sundays from the begining of the month
$daysTotal = ceil((date("j") - date("w")) / 7);

wish help you to fix your issue Let’s say your target date is two years from tomorrow. Then you can use most any system’s date command to get its epoch value:
code :
date -d '2015-09-22 + 2 years' '+%s'
- name: register end of semester expiry
  command: date -d '2015-09-22 + 2 years' '+%s'
  register: expiry_r

- name: create user accts with expiry
  user: ... expires={{expiry_r.stdout}}

Get current timestamp from specific date using UTC/GMT+0 as epoch ignoring local time zone epoch

With these it helps I've tried a lot from this community but it seems like there's no hyper specific scenario for my case. , You have two options here...
code :
const startDate = Date.UTC(start[0], start[1] - 1, start[2]) // a timestamp
const endDate = Date.UTC(end[0], end[1] - 1, end[2], 23, 59, 59) // a timestamp
const startDate = new Date(sparams)
const endDate = new Date(eparams)
const endDate = new Date(`${eparams}T23:59:59Z`)
const endDate = new Date(eparams)
endDate.setUTCHours(23, 59, 59)
