Can someone help me to get live data from a website named Suncalc.org

I hope this helps you . Hello I tested your code and seems like the website doesnt load the data until a browser requests the information. Since you are using the requests modules there is no browser.
You need to use a browser emulator like the selenium module to get that data. This module will open a browser for you and you can program it to navigate to that website wait until everything gets loaded and get the information for you.
code :
import time
from selenium import webdriver

driver = webdriver.Chrome('/path/to/chromedriver') # Change this to your chromedriver path.

driver.get('https://www.suncalc.org/#/12.98,80.188,10/2020.02.21/15:51/1/3');
time.sleep(5) # Let the user actually see something!
clickSunrise = driver.find_element_by_id('clickSunrise')
print(clickSunrise.text)

Hope this helps I'm not completely sure from your description what you're after here.
I assume what you are looking for is a webpage which will display the calculated numbers, and update as they update without the page having to be refreshed.

How can I load SunCalc without using RequireJS?

I think the issue was by ths following , According to their github source, it loads as a global, if you are not using a dependency loader like requireJS. So, SunCalc.getMoonPosition() should work after you've included the source. Much the same as jquery loading as a global.

How do i extract data from a live website with python?

With these it helps From what I see in the Network, that page makes a GET call to this URL: https://live.alphatiming.co.uk/24hr.json in order to get the data.
The easiest way, in this case, is to use requests to reproduce and just parse the json:
code :
import requests

response = requests.get(url='https://live.alphatiming.co.uk/24hr.json').json()
print(response) # This will print out the data coming from that endpoint
# print only Competitors data:
print(response['Competitors'])
# print out list with the names of teams:
print([competitor['CompetitorName'] for competitor in response['Competitors']])
