hope this fix your issue If Python is not installed you wouldn't even be able to run a script to check if it's installed.

How do I make a Python script (installed as a service) survive a logout?

may help you . The system generates CTRL_CLOSE_EVENT, CTRL_LOGOFF_EVENT, and CTRL_SHUTDOWN_EVENT signals when the user closes the console, logs off, or shuts down the system so that the process has an opportunity to clean up before termination. To ensure that you detach your service from all this, you will need to use the control handler to set it that way:
code :
  win32api.SetConsoleCtrlHandler(lambda x: True, True)

How to check if all modules imported by a Python script are installed without running the script?

I wish this helpful for you You could use ModuleFinder from the standard lib modulefinder Using the example from the docs
code :
from modulefinder import ModuleFinder
finder = ModuleFinder()
finder.run_script('bacon.py')

print 'Loaded modules:'
for name, mod in finder.modules.iteritems():
    print '%s: ' % name,
    print ','.join(mod.globalnames.keys()[:3])

print '-'*50
print 'Modules not imported:'
print '\n'.join(finder.badmodules.iterkeys())

Can I make a script installed with setup.py use my virtualenv python?

wish helps you Turns out setup.py is smarter than I thought - it automagically converts the hash-bang line to point to the python that it was installed with.
All you have to do is:

How to make PHP recognize locally installed Python module for executing Python script

it helps some times The directory you show for BeautifulSoup appears to in your home dir. But I doubt that Apache is running as you: most likely it is running as www. So you'd need to install the module for that user, or globally.
Of course, a much better approach would be to stick to one language: if you want to run Python, then write the website using a Python framework; alternatively use a PHP HTML parser.

around this issue It seems that python -V outputs the version string to stderr and not stdout.
You can use a stream redirector to redirect the error into the standard output:
code :
# redirect stderr into stdout
$p = &{python -V} 2>&1
# check if an ErrorRecord was returned
$version = if($p -is [System.Management.Automation.ErrorRecord])
{
    # grab the version string from the error message
    $p.Exception.Message
}
else
{
    # otherwise return as is
    $p
}
$version = (&{python -V}).Exception.Message
