Any of those help You shouldn't try to force a particular pronunciation or digit grouping. Add spaces if grouping has a particular importance or meaning.
Take the base principle that numbers shouldn't be read differently by a screen reader than it is presented. If digits must be separated in a particular way, add spaces, dots, dashes or another separation character. Conversely, if there's no spaces, there's no special need to absolutely read a number digit by digit. That's quite simple.

I think the issue was by ths following , Support for aria-live is spotty.
Seeing a code example would be handy, but if you are always putting focus on the field then perhaps you want to use aria-label with some good messaging instead as this is better supported and will be spoken when the field gets focus.

seems to work fine Don't worry about it, there are many words that screen readers do this on.
The only way you can influence pronunciation (while adhering to best practices) is to set the HTML lang attribute (language) correctly.
