java regex/arraylist issue, unable to get matches/arraylist store new values

I think the issue was by ths following , Your regex has a bunch of unescaped special-characters in it (i.e. things like + and , and . and : and | that have meaning to the regex parser and do not match literal text unless you escape them).
Personally I always escape all special characters in a regex, even for ones that have no special meaning to the regex parser. The issues caused by forgetting to escape one can be too confusing to debug for it to be worth risking not escaping something, in my opinion.
code :
String patternStr = "(https?|ftp|file)\\://[\\-a-zA-Z0-9\\+\\&\\@\\#/\\%\\?\\=\\~\\_\\|\\!\\:\\,\\.\\;]*[\\-a-zA-Z0-9\\+\\&\\@\\#/\\%\\=\\~\\_\\|]";

will help you You are executing an AsyncTask which is giving a response after sometime, meanwhile the code of listView and it's adapter is already executed. You just need to add one line after the for loop like this :-
code :
 for (int i = 0; i < jsonArray.length(); i++) {
       JSONObject object = jsonArray.getJSONObject(i);
       String symptom = object.getString("symptom1");
       symptomsListTest.add(symptom);
       //Toast.makeText(SAMPLE.this, ""+symptom, Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
       //Toast.makeText(Login.this,  ""+message+"\nYour name is: "+name+"\nYour email is: "+email,Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
    }
    //** Add This line **
    aa.notifyDataSetChanged();

how to retrieve Firebase json ArrayList inside Arraylist data and store it in Arraylist for display in Textview later

this one helps. You are referencing the node purchasebill, and then you are looping inside the direct children of purchasebill which are gameworld and datamination.
To solve your problem, you can add a reference to child datamination thus it won't loop inside gameworld, so you can do the following:
code :
myRef.child("datamination").addValueEventListener(new ValueEventListener() {
    @Override
    public void onDataChange(@NonNull DataSnapshot dataSnapshot) {
            billlistHelper = dataSnapshot.getValue(BilllistHelper.class);
            assert billlistHelper != null;
            account.add(billlistHelper.getAccount());
            amount.add(billlistHelper.getAmount());
            for (DataSnapshot dd : dataSnapshot.child("datedata").getChildren(){
                dateDataHelper = dd.getValue(DateDataHelper.class);

                date.add(dateDataHelper.getDate());
                month.add(dateDataHelper.getMonth());
                year.add(dateDataHelper.getYear());
            }
            intendby.add(billlistHelper.getIntendby());
            vendorname.add(billlistHelper.getVendorName());

        }
        billListAdapter.notifyDataSetChanged();

}

    ....
}
list.add(emp5);

wish help you to fix your issue What is this line meant to do? db.add(db.remove(index));
You are removing it and then re-adding it, so that's why it isn't removed.
