will be helpful for those in need I want to be able to change the image of a button, from no tick to a tick, and also populate a label with text all from one press of a button. Is this possible at all?
code :
- (IBAction)pickImage:(UIButton *)sender {

    UIImage *btnImage1 = [UIImage imageNamed:@"SubmitBooking-pressed.jpg"];
    UIImage *btnImage2 = [UIImage imageNamed:@"anyImage.png"];
    UIImage *btnImage3 = [UIImage imageNamed:@"anyImage2.png"];

    [sender setImage:btnImage1 forState:UIControlStateNormal];
    [sender setImage:btnImage2 forState:UIControlStateHighlighted];
    [sender setImage:btnImage3 forState:UIControlStateSelected];
    locLabel.text = @"Red";
}

How to get the section when press a button in my custom section header view in tableview

Does that help You can use tag property in button class. It's easiest way to achieve this, but probably not the best.
code :
func tableView(tableView: UITableView, viewForHeaderInSection section: Int) -> UIView? {
    var sectionHeaderView = NSBundle.mainBundle().loadNibNamed("PlanCellSectionHeader", owner: nil, options: nil).first as PlanCellSectionHeader!
    sectionHeaderView.addBtn.addTarget(self, action: "didPressAdd:", forControlEvents: UIControlEvents.TouchUpInside)
    sectionHeaderView.addBtn.tag = section
    return sectionHeaderView
}
func didPressAdd(sender:UIButton) {
    println("section = \(sender.tag)")
}
class HeaderView: UIView {
  var section: Int
  @IBAction func buttPressed() {
     println("section = \(section))
  }
}

Hope this helps I am working on live streaming. My problem is that when I press play button the image should change to stop button and when I press that stop button it should again change to Play button. I am very confused how to do that?? Here is my button click listener..
code :
boolean showing = false;

 btnPublish.setOnClickListener(new View.OnClickListener() {
    @Override
    public void onClick(View v) {
        if(showing){
            mPublisher.stopPublish();
            mPublisher.stopRecord();
            showing = false;
        }
        else
         {
            btnPublish.setImageResource(R.drawable.recordactive);
          SharedPreferences.Editor editor = sp.edit();
           editor.putString("rtmpUrl", rtmpUrl);
        editor.apply();
        mPublisher.startPublish(rtmpUrl);
        mPublisher.startCamera();
        showing = true;
         }
    }
});
