wish help you to fix your issue No, you are not required to.

How can i get the sheet order as per required irrespective of the sheet order in excel

this will help Assuming you are using Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel, then your book's .Worksheets has methods such as Move([before], [after]). As such, I would suggest playing with the Move() method to re-order the sheets. Note (from the tags): you should not use excel automation from a web application; that scenario is not supported.

XML Elements in Any Order, Some Required and Others Aren't

it fixes the issue choice only allows one of its child elements to be present in the XML graph. It looks like you want to use sequence if your elements are always in the same order. If the order is variable then you should use all and wrap all elements that have maxOccurs="unbounded" in a containing list element, because all only allows 1 or zero occurrences of its child elements.
EDIT:
code :
<xs:element name="linkList" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="1">
<xs:complexType>
  <xs:sequence>
    <xs:element name="link" type="atom:linkType" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded" />
  </xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
<other elements...>
<id>...</id>
<link>...</link>
<link>...</link>
<logo>...</logo>
<other elements...>
<other elements...>
<id>...</id>
<linkList>
  <link>...</link>
  <link>...</link>
</linkList>
<logo>...</logo>
<other elements...>

Select top 4 with order by, but only if actually required?

this will help This answer has been updated based on continued feedback from the question asker. The original suggestion was to attempt to use a table variable to store pre-calculations and select the top 4 from the results. However, in practice it appears that the optimizer was over-estimating the number of rows and choosing a bad execution plan.
In addition to the previous recommendations, I would also recommend updating statistics periodically after any change to this process to provide the query optimizer with updated information to make more informed decisions.
code :
SELECT TOP 4
    M.SomeField,
    M.SomeField * 1/F.FunctionResults [SomeOtherField]
FROM #MytempTable M
CROSS APPLY (SELECT dbo.Myfunction(M.Param1, M.Param2, 34892)) F(FunctionResults)
ORDER BY F.FunctionResults

Required name in order to proceed into the app.

Any of those help Yes, you can use and test directly the value of ng-model in the view. Here you can use ng-show="name"
code :
<ion-slide>
  <h4 style="margin-bottom:10%" ng-show="name">my name is {{name}} </h4>
  <label class="item item-input" style="width: 80%; margin:0 auto;">
    <input ng-model="name" type="text" placeholder="Enter your name" ng-keypress="redirectMe($event)" >  </input>
  </label>
</ion-slide>
