it helps some times for C# 3.5
without notifyicon therefore you will need to terminate this application in task manager manually
code :
using System;
using System.Drawing;
using System.Windows.Forms;

static class Program
{
    static void Main()
    {
        Timer timer = new Timer();
        // timer.Interval = 4 minutes
        timer.Interval = (int)(TimeSpan.TicksPerMinute * 4 / TimeSpan.TicksPerMillisecond);
        timer.Tick += (sender, args) => { Cursor.Position = new Point(Cursor.Position.X + 1, Cursor.Position.Y + 1); };
        timer.Start();
        Application.Run();
    }
}

Java wiggling line

I wish this helpful for you Create a sine wave generator that takes the phase (angle) to start from as a parameter and have it return an array of plot points ([x][y]). Then plot these points on your canvas. You can make the line wave by varying the starting phase from 0 to 360 over time. How quickly you vary x determining how fast your line waves.
Try starting here for sine wave generators:

Android: Listview Arrayadapter wiggling around

I wish did fix the issue. For your different types I'd choose to change properties not related to the LayoutParams, for example use setPadding or a view to the left whose visibility you toggle between gone/invisible or gone/visible. I like the setPadding approach, seems to me it will be the quickest and cleanest thing.
I bet the mess is somehow related to changing Layout Parameters for every getView(): It should work, but you would need to call requestLayout inside getView everytime and it can adversely affect performance. I'm no expert at this, but it's even probable that the time you win for using a convertView is lost when you force the measure and layout phase again and again for every view (something that in the case of a quick fling is happening tens of times continuously)

Android Accelerometer wiggling

hope this fix your issue you need to use a low pass filter , which is specifically designed for the problem you are facing. it will smooth out the accelerometer values
Example code:
code :
            float rawX = event.values[0];
            float rawY = event.values[1];
            float rawZ = event.values[2];

            // Apply low-pass filter
            mGravity[0] = lowPass(rawX, mGravity[0]);
            mGravity[1] = lowPass(rawY, mGravity[1]);
            mGravity[2] = lowPass(rawZ, mGravity[2]);

jquery slideDown, slideUp wiggling

I hope this helps you . So it looks like you might be more used to strongly typed languages like C#. JavaScript and its library jQuery are loosely typed, meaning you don't declare scope or type. Here's your code above cleaned up a bit to use correct syntax and solve the issues you're seeing:
code :
$(document).ready(function(){
    var opened = false;
    // Instead of sliding this up, give the #drop1 element
    // a property of display: none; to start - then remove the line below
    $("#drop1").slideUp();
    $("#first").mouseover(function(){
      if(!opened){
        // Below, I'm using a callback, which means the boolean
        // won't update to true until after the animation is finished
        $("#drop1").slideDown(400, function() {
          opened = true;
        });
      }
    })// Since it's the same element, we can chain events
    .mouseout(function(){
      if(opened){
        // Another callback
        $("#drop1").slideUp(400, function() {
          opened = false;
        });
      }
    }
  });
});
