I think the issue was by ths following , For SQL Server 2005, I'd recommend using table variables and partially building the data as you go.
To do this, create a table variable that represents your final result set you want to send to the user.

it fixes the issue I have a table which has some generic data, that must be referenced by a multiple number of other tables. The referenced table can't be simplified to fit columns of the referencing tables. How do I enforce data integrity and relationships in such a scenario? , Two very flexible ways to enforce RI are with:

I wish did fix the issue. I think you can use sp_CascadingDataViewer (http://cascadingdataviewer.codeplex.com/) to extract the data and then cut and paste to the new database. I am sure it can be modified to output all dynamic sql in the process and that can be run in reverse order to fill the new database too.

With these it helps Not sure if this is exactly what you want, but this query returns all FKs by name, the table and column the key refers to, and the referenced table and column. You can add appropriate WHERE filters or ORDER BY clauses as you desire:
code :
SELECT fk.[name], OBJECT_NAME(fk.parent_object_id) AS TableName, c.[name] AS ColumnName, OBJECT_NAME(fk.referenced_object_id) AS ReferencedTable, rc.[name] AS ReferencedColumnName
FROM sys.foreign_keys fk
INNER JOIN sys.foreign_key_columns kc ON fk.object_id = kc.constraint_object_id
INNER JOIN sys.columns c ON kc.parent_object_id = c.object_id AND kc.parent_column_id = c.column_id
INNER JOIN sys.columns rc ON kc.referenced_object_id = rc.object_id AND kc.referenced_column_id = rc.column_id
