When I was being routed to /connect, Angular routed me back to /login cause it won't detected that was logged in.

like below fixes the issue The 1st, 3rd, and 4th questions can be solved by using parameters on the url of your states. For instance, the URL of state A.B can be /b?x&y&z instead of just /b. Then to transition from A to A.B, you would use:
code :
$state.go('A.B', {x: "val1", y: "val2", z: "val3"});
.state('A', {
            abstract: true,
            url: '/a',
            templateProvider: function ($templateCache) {

                return $templateCache.get('pages/a.html');
            },
            controller: 'aController'
        })
.state('A.int', {

            url: '/a/view',
            template: <div></div>,
            controller: 'aIntermediateController'
        })
        .state('A.int.B', {
            url: '/b',
            templateProvider: function ($templateCache) {

                return $templateCache.get('pages/b.html');
            }
            controller: 'bController'
        })

hop of those help? Your current implementation indicates an absolute route, where you want to navigate to a child route. Adding the parent path in front of the child route might solve the problem.
code :
<a [routerLink]="['/web_app/components', bm.id]">{{bm.name}}</a>

Hope that helps Ok I finally managed to solve the issue, thanks to a tip from a different article (https://stackoverflow.com/a/49568050/4243635)
Just gonna quote it here again:
code :
export class AppModule {
       constructor(private router: UIRouter) {
       // "router" needed in constructor to bootstrap angular states
}
import { NgModule } from '@angular/core';
import { BrowserModule } from '@angular/platform-browser';
import { ServiceBootstrapComponent } from '../../service-bootstrap';
import { AccountNg2Component } from '../../app/pages/account/account.ng2.component';
import { UIRouterUpgradeModule } from '@uirouter/angular-hybrid';
import { AccountState } from '../../app/pages/account/account.states';
import { CommonModule } from '@angular/common';
import { UIRouter, UIRouterModule } from '@uirouter/angular';
import { UpgradeModule } from '@angular/upgrade/static';

@NgModule({
    imports: [
        CommonModule,
        BrowserModule,
        UpgradeModule,
        UIRouterUpgradeModule,
        UIRouterModule.forChild({states: [AccountState]}),
    ],
    declarations: [
        ServiceBootstrapComponent,
        AccountNg2Component,
    ],
    providers: [
    ],
    entryComponents: [
        ServiceBootstrapComponent,
    ],
})
class AppModule {
    constructor(private router: UIRouter) {}
    public ngDoBootstrap(): void {}
}

export { AppModule };

it should still fix some issue Since you've already set up routing in your AppRoutingModule and you've also exported the RouterModule the AppRoutingModule, that's what you should be adding to the imports array of your AppModule.
Change this:
code :
imports: [
  ...
  RouterModule,
],
imports: [
  ...
  AppRoutingModule,
],
