this will help I'm trying to redirect every URL that have no # to the same, but with # after /path/. , You can just use this rule in your site root .htaccess:
code :
RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^/?(path)/(.+)$ /$1/#/$2 [L,NE,NC,R=301]

To fix this issue Quote from mod_alias manual page:
code :
RewriteEngine on

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^price_group\[\]
RewriteRule ^signup\.php$ http://www.mydomain.com/pricing/? [R=302,L]

it fixes the issue The problem for me is that if there is a proxyPass rule, it takes precedence over any redirect rule.
Because I need this machine to do both the redirect and the proxy, the only solution I could find was to use mod_rewrite to "proxy" and to change the url to /sweetApp/.

it should still fix some issue I have moved a website from /blog/ to the web root. I created a RedirectMatch 301 for my URLs which I believe is correct: , Can you try this? I think it needs a little change:
code :
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RedirectMatch 301 ^/blog/(.+)$ /$1

I think the issue was by ths following , RedirectMatch directive won't help here because you want new query parameter to be added in previous query string. This feature is only available using QSA flag in mod_rewrite module.
You can use:
code :
RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^([a-z]{2})-([a-z]{2})/(.*)$ /$1/$3?country=$2 [L,QSA,NC,R=301]

this will help You can't match query string with a redirectmatch, sorry, you need mod_rewrite for this and using a RewriteCond. Rough example:
code :
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^folder
RewriteRule ^ /static/contentUnavailable.html [R,L,QSD]
