fixed the issue. Will look into that further I have grid with filter and on the filter i want to show a list of items. By focusing the filter option I should see a list of items with check boxes and when I click on the check box it should send the params. I achieved this by loading local data and I want the same by loading remote data how can I achieve it. { dataIndex: 'adjustmentTypeDescription', text: 'Adjustment ,
Set autoLoad: true

hop of those help? Ext.data.Store.rejectChanges is what you want. It exists on 4.1.x and not 4.0.x for some reason. http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-1/#!/api/Ext.data.Store-method-rejectChanges

With these it helps You can use form.updateRecord() and then store.add(record).
But what you should really do is look at the examples that ship with ExtJS. There are lots of great ideas on how to do most things you need.

seems to work fine Technically your requirement can be met by using a custom proxy. You implement your own buildRequest method in there, which is a stripped down version of the original one:
code :
Ext.define('MyProxy', {
    extend: 'Ext.data.proxy.Ajax',
    alias: 'proxy.my',
    paramsAsJson: true,
    buildRequest: function(operation) {
        var me = this,
            params = operation.getParams(),
            request, operationId, idParam;
        operationId = operation.getId();
        idParam = me.getIdParam();
        if (operationId !== undefined && params[idParam] === undefined) {
            params[idParam] = operationId;
        }
        request = new Ext.data.Request({
            params: params,
            action: operation.getAction(),
            records: operation.getRecords(),
            url: operation.getUrl(),
            operation: operation,
            proxy: me
        });
        request.setUrl(me.buildUrl(request));
        operation.setRequest(request);
        return request;
    }
});
proxy: {
    type: 'my',
    // .....
questionStore.load({params: {cartItems: cartItems}});
questionStore.load({params:cartItems});
{
    "cartItems": [{
        "id": 19,
        "pricePerUnit": 20,
        "denominationsPerUnit": 1,
        "blahblahblah": 1,
        "unitQuantity": 1,
        "total_item_count": null,
        "subtotal": 20
    }],
    "page": 1,
    "start": 0,
    "limit": 25
}
