may help you . I fixed my issue, I was not using the interfaces correctly. Here is the correct code:
code :
constructor(private scope: any,
  private fileUploaderFactory: angular.file.upload.FileUploaderFactory) {

  this.scope.uploader = new fileUploaderFactory({
    url: 'upload.php'
  });
}

this will help FileUploader should be in controllers global scope in order to make an object respective to FileUploader. I made a factory and used it throughout the controller.

help you fix your problem You're trying to apply the filter to individual objects inside the array. That's not how it works: you're supposed to filter the entire array, not its elements individually.
Secondly, .indexOf() works for arrays. You can't use it to check for object keys. .hasOwnProperty() is for that purpose. Below it's used combined with .every() to check that all required keys exist.
code :
public userMenu(userName: string, userRole: string): any {

    const requiredElements = ["route", "name", "moduleId", "title", "nav"];

    const filteredArray = this.menuList().filter(function (itm) {
        return requiredElements.every(function(key) {
            return itm.hasOwnProperty(key);
        });
    });
}

wish helps you You are changing the structure of an array in sort function, and that is big no-no. Sort function returns a new array that is sorted according to sort function, it does not alter the original array. You should first use reduce to merge duplicates, and then sort an array.
code :
userSL.reduce((reduced, element) => {
  const index = reduced.findIndex(r => r.name.toLowerCase() === element.name.toLowerCase();

  if (index === -1) return [...reduced, element];

  reduced[index].amount += element.amount;

  return reduced;
}, []).sort((a, b) => {
  const nameA = a.name.toLowerCase()
  const nameB = b.name.toLowerCase()

  if (nameA > nameB) return 1;
  if (nameA < nameB) return -1;

  return 0
})
