To fix the issue you can do I have spent some time on StackOverflow looking for this answer and trying a bunch of these solutions without luck. I feel like I am missing something minor but I cannot resolve it. NOTE - Learning SQL and using Access because that is what work uses. , Just pass ConsultantID to your subquery:
code :
SELECT ConsultantID, FirstName, WeekOf, USFullService, USConsulting, Classified, Reallocations, RecruitmentSrvs
FROM qry_Join q
Where WeekOf = (SELECT MAX(s.WeekOf) FROM qry_Join s WHERE s.ConsultantID = q.ConsultantID)

it should still fix some issue I am sure this has been asked before and I have found several references to similar things. I just can't work out how to make it work for me.
code :
SELECT TOP 1 *
FROM tblHistory a
INNER JOIN
(SELECT Unit Number, Max([Date]) as MaxDate
    FROM tblHistory
    GROUP BY Unit Number) b
on a.[Unit Number] = b.[Unit Number]
and a.[Date] = b.MaxDate

Access SQL Query: How to only display most recent record of duplicates

will be helpful for those in need I'm very new to SQL and am trying to create a query that will sort a table (I've got that part working) and then only display the most recent record for each respective component and serial number. , For Access SQL, this could work:
code :
   SELECT *
FROM [Check In/Out] AS tA INNER JOIN (SELECT Component, [Serial Number],
                                                MAX(Unique ID) AS highest_id
                                         FROM [Check In/Out]
GROUP BY Component, [Serial Number]) AS

   tB ON tA.Component = tB.Component
   AND
   tA.[Serial Number] = tB.[Serial Number]
   AND
   tA.[Unique ID] = tB.highest_id

like below fixes the issue Am new to sql, Am stuck at one point in one of my sql queries. My question is , there are multiple visit dates for a person where he has to qualify for some conditions.I have to pull most recent qualifying visit and if the most recent visit doesn't satisfy the conditions then it should pick the previous visit which qualify's. ex: , I think you can try this:
code :
    SELECT NAME
    ,VISIT_DT
    ,X
    ,Y
    ,Z
FROM (
    SELECT *
        ,ROW_NUMBER() OVER (
PARTITION BY NAME ORDER BY X + Y DESC
                ,VISIT_DT DESC
            ) AS RN
    FROM MYTABLE
    ) B
WHERE RN = 1
NAME VISIT_DT X Y Z
--------------------------- ----------------------- ----------- ----------- -----------
A 2017-04-27 00:00:00.000 1 1 0
B 2017-04-24 00:00:00.000 1 1 0
C 2017-04-23 00:00:00.000 1 0 0

like below fixes the issue I doubt there is exact functionality in HR you are looking for, however you can consider some options.
There is Contract elements infotype (0016) in SAP HR which holds Contract type of the employee and that may be close to what you are looking for. Available contract types are maintained in V_T547V view, more on this here.
