GoLand is slow to launch a debug application

GoLand is slow to launch a debug application

Hope that helps The problem is that GoLand forces a rebuild on each debug invocation. So if you have a lot of dependencies, it will be very slow.
The solution is to go in to Settings > Build, Execution, Deployment > Debugger and disable Rebuild transitive packages. This will speed up debug launches by 20x (90s vs 5s).

should help you out Yes, it's possible to debug from GoLand! For me next approach is the best:
1) For example we have x.go:
code :
package main

import "fmt"

func main() {
    name, ending := "World", "!"
    ending2 := `)`
    fmt.Printf("Hello %s %s%s \n", name, ending, ending2)
}
go build -gcflags='-N -l' x.go \
    && dlv --listen=:2345 --headless=true --api-version=2 exec ./x

I think the issue was by ths following , Dude, try this command go build -x path-to-go-ethereum/cmd/geth/*go, you will see what happens with flag -x. Should compile the package instead. In goland, right click the geth folder, just choose run->go bulid, you will get what you expect.
