Any of those help If you're new to indexing (heck even if you're not) I would just run the estimated execution plan on your common queries and create the suggested indexes. Keep an eye on the disk space and your data insert/update performance.
I tend to do this with all new queries, running the execution plan several times with slight code variations to find the right balance between query performance and insert/update speed.

wish helps you If you have few low-poly models - go for option #1, it's way easier to implement and performance difference will be unnoticeable.
Option #2 would be the proper way if you have some high-poly models (looking at the sample, you have at least 9k vertices in there).

it helps some times Are your indexes right? Because Key Lookup indicates that your index doesn't cover join condition or it's outputting columns that are not included in your index.
It's adviced to eliminate them (lookups). This is a very detailed article explaining how to do it.

hop of those help? An index on a bit column is generally not recommended. The following discussion applies not only to bit columns but to any low-cardinality value. In English, "low-cardinality" means the column takes on only a handful of values.
The reason is simple. A bit column takes on three values (if you include NULL). That means that a typical selection on the column would return about a third of the rows. A third of the rows means that you would (typically) be accessing every data page. If so, you might as well do a full table scan.

With these it helps Use A Dos Filter http://wiki.eclipse.org/Jetty/Reference/DoSFilter. To enable it in Jetty.xml you would insert this code
