Hijri and Gregorian Calender in WPF?

it should still fix some issue According to MSDN the System.Windows.Controls.Calendar does only support the Gregorian calendar - so basically doing what you want is impossible using the built-in control...
You will need to build such a control yourself or buy some control pack with Hijri support...

like below fixes the issue Passing 09 as the month is the problem.... a number with a leading zero is treated as octal in PHP. 09 is invalid octal, so it is treated as a 0.
Calling
code :
$r=HijriToJD(9, 13, 1436);

wish help you to fix your issue Regarding your conversion example, it seems to me you are looking for the Umalqura-variant of Hijri-calendar which is the official calendar of Saudi-Arabia.
The SO-link you posted refers to Joda-Time. This library does not support umalqura but four algorithmic variants of Hijri-calendar (only suitable as approximation). I have tested all four supported variants. None is for you.
code :
Chronology iso = ISOChronology.getInstanceUTC();
Chronology hijri =
    IslamicChronology.getInstance(DateTimeZone.UTC, IslamicChronology.LEAP_YEAR_INDIAN);
LocalDate todayIso = new LocalDate(2016, 9, 20, iso);
LocalDate todayHijri = new LocalDate(todayIso.toDateTimeAtStartOfDay(), hijri);
System.out.println("joda=" + todayHijri);
// LEAP_YEAR_15_BASED => 1437-12-16
// LEAP_YEAR_16_BASED => 1437-12-16
// LEAP_YEAR_HABASH_AL_HASIB => 1437-12-17
// LEAP_YEAR_INDIAN => 1437-12-17
HijrahDate hd = HijrahDate.from(LocalDate.of(2016, 9, 20));
System.out.println("java.time=" + hd); // Hijrah-umalqura AH 1437-12-19
System.out.println(
  PlainDate.of(2016, 9, 20)
    .transform(HijriCalendar.class, HijriCalendar.VARIANT_UMALQURA));
// AH-1437-12-19[islamic-umalqura]
how can I change Hijri(Islamic Calendar) string to Gregorian date in swift

how can I change Hijri(Islamic Calendar) string to Gregorian date in swift

I hope this helps . To parse the Islamic date string, you need a DateFormatter whose calendar property is set to the Islamic calendar.
To produce the Gregorian date string, you'll need a DateFormatter whose calendar is set to the Gregorian calendar. You can use the same DateFormatter and change the calendar, or you can use two separate DateFormatters.
code :
import Foundation

let islamicDateString = "1439/02/1 22:30"

let islamicFormatter = DateFormatter()
islamicFormatter.dateFormat = "yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm"
// Note that there are actually four different Islamic calendars available on Apple platforms:
// .islamic, .islamicCivil, .islamicTabular, and .islamicUmmAlQura
// I don't know what the differences are.
islamicFormatter.calendar = Calendar(identifier: .islamic)

let gregorianFormatter = DateFormatter()
gregorianFormatter.calendar = Calendar(identifier: .gregorian)
gregorianFormatter.dateStyle = .short
gregorianFormatter.timeStyle = .short

if let date = islamicFormatter.date(from: islamicDateString) {
    let gregorianString = gregorianFormatter.string(from: date)
    print(gregorianString)
} else {
    print("I couldn't parse \(islamicDateString)")
}
