Does that help You could create a service using the factory recipe. That will make the code a lttle cleaner and more modular.
Following that, you could put the user preferences on the $rootScope. This is a good case for a valid use of $rootScope, since your values are constants with application-wide applicability.

may help you . I would suggest Singleton pattern (I know many people don't like it), but it seems the simplest solution that will work. Take a look at this piece of code:
code :
public enum Constants {
    INSTANCE;

    public void isInDebugMode() {
        return true;
    }
}
if(Constants.INSTANCE.isInDebugMode()) {....}
public enum Constants {
    DEBUG(true),
    PRINT_VARS(false);

    private boolean enabled;

    private Constants(boolean enabled) {
        this.enabled = enabled;
    }

    public boolean isEnabled() {
        return enabled;
    }
}
if(Constants.DEBUG.isEnabled()) {....}

this one helps. This is the perfect time to use the strategy pattern, you might want to follow the answer from this code but you'd execute a specific strategy based on the boolean
This is an excellent write up example from the guys at IntelliJ entitled

With these it helps You just need to use right regex for matching your desired part from old URL.
You can use this redirect rule:
code :
RewriteRule ^really-(super)-neat-(.+?)\.hwp$ /$1/$2.html [L,NC,R=301]

Any of those help The error seems to indicate the array is making it to your view just fine but you are trying to print the variable in your blade template vs. looping over it.
{{ }} is essentially the same as echo but it tries to escape the string using htmlentities(), hence the error.

I wish did fix the issue. If you're not going for run-time configuration, then you might use something like rbates' nifty-config generator: http://github.com/ryanb/nifty-generators
I've used it for simple, build-time configuration settings. So, for instance, when storing payment gateway credentials for an ecommerce site, my load_gateway_config.yml looks like this:
