hope this fix your issue I've found the answer to this problem after much searching. Adding the following headers made everything work as expected:
code :
axios.post(URL, '', {
        headers: {
           'Accept': '*/*'
        }
     })

Hope that helps All the properties on ProfileDetailModel are private. You can check the default visibility for clases, structs, etc... here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ba0a1yw2.aspx
Simply add public
code :
public class ProfileDetailModel
{
       public string AccountNumber { get; set; }
       public string CompressedAddress { get; set; }
       public string MType { get; set; }
       public string BillNotification { get; set; }
       public string NewBillAlert { get; set; }
       public string AccountType { get; set; }
}

I think the issue was by ths following , jest.spyOn(LegalListRecordsApi,'parseAllRecordsData').mockReturnValue(['test']); mocks the module export for parseAllRecordsData.
This doesn't have any effect on fetchAllRecordsData because it is in the same module as parseAllRecordsData and is calling it directly.
code :
import * as LegalListRecordsApi from './LegalListRecordsApi'; // import module into itself

export function fetchAllRecordsData(payload) {
  const url = `/apis/${payload.link.split('apis/')[1]}`;
  return axios.get(url)
    .then(({ data }) => {
      if (data && data._embedded) {
        const parsedData = data._embedded['taxonomies:entry'];
        const arrayData = LegalListRecordsApi.parseAllRecordsData(parsedData, payload); // use the module
        return { data: List(arrayData) };
      }
      return { data: List([]) };
    })
    .catch((error) => ({ error }));
}
string[] array is returning error of "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Perhaps you need to null-check the elements in your parameter array before calling .Trim() on them:
code :
string[] DifferArray = sublineArray.Except(subLineNames.Where(m => !string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(m)).Select(m => m.Trim())).ToArray();
[HttpPost]
public ActionResult MyAction(string[] subLineNames)
{
    if (subLineNames == null)
    {
        return new HttpStatusCodeResult(HttpStatusCode.BadRequest, $"You must provide {nameof(subLineNames)}.");
    }

    var sanitizedSubLineNames = subLineNames.Where(m => !string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(m)).Select(m => m.Trim());
    var sublineArray = new string[] { "BI/PD", "Hired", "Non-Owned", "PIP", "Addtl-PIP", "Medical Payments", "UM PD", "UM CSL", "UIM CSL", "Terrorism" };
    var differArray = sublineArray.Except(sanitizedSubLineNames).ToArray();

    // Do something...
}
