like below fixes the issue Your desired output isn't valid JSON; since you have a list of items, the outer brackets should be [ ]. The following code generates that (Demo):
code :
var objs = [];

$(document).ready(function() {
    $("#add").click(function() {
        objs.push(item('Item 1', '1000'));
        objs.push(item('Item 2', '2000'));
        console.log(JSON.stringify(objs));
    });
});

function item(itemNo, price) {
    return {
        itemNo : itemNo,
        price : price
    };
};
[
    {
        "itemNo":"Item 1",
        "price":"1000"
    },
    {
        "itemNo":"Item 2",
        "price":"2000"
    }
]

I hope this helps you . Based on your question and comments I think you just want the same dictionary structure, but with the numbers inverted:
code :
dict1 = {'Ann': {'dogs': '3', 'cats': '4'},
         'Bob': {'dogs': '5', 'cats': '6'},
         'Chris': {'dogs': '7', 'cats': '8'},
         'Dan': {'dogs': '9', 'cats': '10'}}

for k in dict1.keys():
    value = dict1[k]
    for k1 in value.keys():
        value[k1] = 1/float(value[k1])

dict1
Out[64]:
{'Ann': {'cats': 0.25, 'dogs': 0.3333333333333333},
 'Bob': {'cats': 0.16666666666666666, 'dogs': 0.2},
 'Chris': {'cats': 0.125, 'dogs': 0.14285714285714285},
 'Dan': {'cats': 0.1, 'dogs': 0.1111111111111111}}
In [65]: dict1 = {'Ann': {'dogs': '3', 'cats': '4'},
    ...:          'Bob': {'dogs': '5', 'cats': '6'},
    ...:          'Chris': {'dogs': '7', 'cats': '8'},
    ...:          'Dan': {'dogs': '9', 'cats': '10'}}

In [66]: dt = np.dtype([('name','U5'),('dogs',float),('cats',float)])
# define a structured array dtype.

In [67]: def foo(k,v):
    ...:     return (k, v['dogs'], v['cats'])
# define a helper function - just helps organize my thoughts better

In [68]: alist=[foo(k,v) for k,v in dict1.items()]

In [69]: alist
Out[69]: [('Chris', '7', '8'), ('Bob', '5', '6'), ('Dan', '9', '10'), ('Ann', '3', '4')]
# this is a list of tuples - a critical format for the next step

In [70]: arr = np.array(alist, dtype=dt)

Hope this helps You might want to change the implementation of your ProductService like this:
code :
import { Injectable } from '@angular/core';
import { HttpClient } from '@angular/common/http';
import { map } from 'rxjs/operators';

@Injectable()
export class ProductService {

  constructor(private http: HttpClient) { }
  ...
  getProducts() {

    const ratings = [
      { rating: 4, numOfReviews: 2 },
      { rating: 5, numOfReviews: 3 },
      { rating: 6, numOfReviews: 1 },
      { rating: 7, numOfReviews: 4 }
    ];

    return this.http.get('https://min-api.cryptocompare.com/data/pricemulti?fsyms=BTC,ETH,IOT,TRX&tsyms=USD')
      .pipe(
        map(
          cryptos => {
            const currencies = [];
            let index = 0;
            return Object.keys(cryptos).map((cryptoName, index) => {
              return {
                name: cryptoName,
                price: cryptos[cryptoName].USD,
                ratingInfo: { ...ratings[index] }
              }
            });
          }
        )
      )
  }
  ...
}
<h2 class="header">Crypto Price Compare</h2>
  <div *ngIf="cryptos">
  <div id="crypto-container" *ngFor="let crypto of cryptos">
    <span class="left">{{ crypto.name }}</span> -
    <span class="right">{{ crypto.price | currency:'USD' }}</span>
    <br />

      [ratingValue]="crypto.ratingInfo.rating"
      [numOfReviews]="crypto.ratingInfo.numOfReviews">

code :

  Una descripcion de un projecto hecho en react. Que contiene dos oraciones.
</ProjectCardDescription>
class ProjectCardDescription extends Component {
    render () {
        return (
            <span>
                {this.props.children}
            </span>
        );
    }
}
