like below fixes the issue First request BLUETOOTH_ADMIN permission.
Then make your device discoverable:
code :
private void makeDiscoverable() {
        Intent discoverableIntent = new Intent(BluetoothAdapter.ACTION_REQUEST_DISCOVERABLE);
        discoverableIntent.putExtra(BluetoothAdapter.EXTRA_DISCOVERABLE_DURATION, 300);
        Log.i("Log", "Discoverable ");
private BroadcastReceiver myReceiver = new BroadcastReceiver() {
        public void onReceive(Context context, Intent intent) {
            Message msg = Message.obtain();
            String action = intent.getAction();
               //Found, add to a device list
 private void startSearching() {
        Log.i("Log", "in the start searching method");
        IntentFilter intentFilter = new IntentFilter(BluetoothDevice.ACTION_FOUND);
        BluetoothDemo.this.registerReceiver(myReceiver, intentFilter);
 public boolean createBond(BluetoothDevice btDevice)
    throws Exception
        Class class1 = Class.forName("android.bluetooth.BluetoothDevice");
        Method createBondMethod = class1.getMethod("createBond");
        Boolean returnValue = (Boolean) createBondMethod.invoke(btDevice);
        return returnValue.booleanValue();

around this issue I was able to resolve the issue. The Bluetooth module's broadcast name is null by default, giving it a proper name allows the connection to succeed flawlessly. I am guessing there is some issue with either Android or CC2564 BT stack, which might be causing a crash and hence disconnecting.

I hope this helps . Due to security reasons, it is not possible for third party applications to connect to a bluetooth keyboard as the application can be a keylogger. So it can be only done manually by the user.

I hope this helps you . I managed to auto request a pairing procedure with keyboard featured devices through an app working as a service checking the presence of a specific kind of device and a modified version of the Settings app.
I have to say that I was working on a custom device running Android 4.0.3 without external controls (no back/Home/confirm buttons): pairing a controller on boot complete without any interaction until PIN request was mandatory.

hope this fix your issue How can I avoid or dismiss Android's Bluetooth pairing notification when I am doing programmatic pairing?
This seems to give you the answer, with the pin entering and all. It involves sending .setPin() whenever you get the message.

This might help you In a Bluetooth piconet one master can communicate up to 7 active slaves, there can be some other up to 248 devices which are in sleep mode (may participate to communication actively when another active device goes into sleep mode).
In Bluetooth scatternets (interconnected piconets) number of devices are not limited. Some slaves used as a bridge by participating two or more piconets. One of the most advanced topology defined for Bluetooth scatternets is Cube Connected Cycles architecture.
