wish help you to fix your issue You're close, you need to create a new array of int(s) and assign the result of your Math.ceil calls (with an appropriate cast). Like,
code :
public static int[] roundUp(double[] array2) {
    int[] arr = new int[array2.length];
    for (int i = 0; i < array2.length; i++) {
        arr[i] = (int) Math.ceil(array2[i]);
    }
    return arr;
}
public static int[] roundUp2(double[] array2) {
    return DoubleStream.of(array2).mapToInt(d -> (int) Math.ceil(d)).toArray();
}

wish helps you You'd have to create a new array and assign each value from the Integer[] array.
Apache commons-lang has ArrayUtils.toPrimitive(wrapperArray).

Any of those help I can't get yor value, but as help can advice you to use BitConverter and byte array like this:
code :
var v = new byte[8];
v[7] = 0x3F;
v[6] = 0x34;
v[5] = 0x00;
double total = BitConverter.ToDouble(v, 0);
Console.WriteLine(total.ToString("0.0000000000000"));

I wish this helpful for you You can't cast arrays in java like you'd probbaly expect. For example, you aren't allowed to do the following operations:
code :
int[] i = new int[0];
double[] d = (double[]) i;
