Hope that helps How can i port this const in dart? , You can do that with a class and constant static members:
code :
class CHANNEL_STATES {
  static const String closed = "closed";
  static const String errored = "errored";
  static const String joined = "joined";
  static const String joining = "joining";
  static const String leaving = "leaving";
}

I hope this helps . I'll add my 'hack' as an answer because I can't think of another way, and it seems to work pretty well.
Here's my getUnusedPort() function:
code :
import 'dart:io';

Future<int> getUnusedPort(InternetAddress address) {
  return ServerSocket.bind(address ?? InternetAddress.anyIPv4, 0).then((socket) {
    var port = socket.port;
    socket.close();
    return port;
  });
}

it helps some times Yes, there is a similar feature called built-in web server - see http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/WI/built-in+web+server for details. Not sure if it works in Idea 12.*, but for sure it's available in Idea 13 EAP

I wish this helpful for you If you want your Dart app to bind to port 80 you have to stop Apache or bind Apache to another port. Another solution is to make Dart run by Apache http://news.dartlang.org/2012/05/run-dart-in-apache-web-server.html (didn't read or try myself)
