ServiceStack: Getting FileNotFoundException when properties are null?

ServiceStack: Getting FileNotFoundException when properties are null?

this one helps. This is a runtime dependency issue and has got nothing to do with null in your DTO, that's just what's triggering a code-path that requires the System.Numerics.Vectors dependency it can't load. In this case calling the System.MemoryExtensions.Equals() extension method.
There seems to be a few issues with this Exception and it looks like this GitHub Thread has some workarounds you can try.

wish of those help I just installed OrmLite (for MySql) via NuGet in Visual Studio 2012. , Have you tried to add an assembly redirect in your web.config?
code :
<runtime>
    <assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">
      <dependentAssembly>
        <assemblyIdentity name="ServiceStack.Common" culture="neutral" />
        <bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-3.9.70.0" newVersion="3.9.70.0" />
      </dependentAssembly>
   </assemblyBinding>
</runtime>
<configuration>
    <runtime>
        <assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">
          <dependentAssembly>
            <assemblyIdentity name="ServiceStack.Common" culture="neutral" />
            <bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-3.9.70.0" newVersion="3.9.70.0" />
          </dependentAssembly>
       </assemblyBinding>
    </runtime>
</configuration>

like below fixes the issue This has nothing to do with Spring. If you are deploying a web application, everything in WEB-INF/classes will appear starting at the root of the classpath.
You can get it the InputStream to that resource with
code :
InputStream in = Configures.class.getResourceAsStream("/backupData.properties");
prop.load(in);

it fixes the issue Are you using maven for building your war file from the source code? If so, then I would assume that the resources directory you mentioned above is under src directory of your maven project.
For this case you would need to have the following declaration in spring context xml:
code :
<context:property-placeholder location="classpath:properties/database.properties" />

hope this fix your issue I have fixed this by changing the registration like so;
container.Register(i => new MyDataContext()).ReusedWithin(ReuseScope.Request);

With these it helps This is quite strange (to me), but it seems the fix is how you register the IHttpContextAccessor. This doesn't mean it is definitely the core of the issue but at least I got things working.
It certainly is a problem that the very same code, down to the last character, is behaving different on two platforms.
code :
var httpContextAccessor = new HttpContextAccessor();
container.Register<IHttpContextAccessor>(httpContextAccessor);
services.AddSingleton<IHttpContextAccessor>(new HttpContextAccessor());
var httpContextAccessor = (IHttpContextAccessor)app.ApplicationServices.GetService(typeof(IHttpContextAccessor));
