it helps some times In a cycles material, you can add a Mapping node and use the location, rotation and scale values to move the texture. These values can be keyframed so that they vary over time, often setting two keyframes is enough to get a continuous scrolling during an animation.
Drivers allow us to programmatically animate a value using a python expression.
code :
import bpy

scn = bpy.context.scene
node = bpy.context.object.material_slots['Material'].material.node_tree.nodes['Value']

for f in range(scn.frame_start, scn.frame_end):
    node.outputs[0].default_value = f * 1.25
    node.outputs[0].keyframe_insert("default_value", frame=f)

I wish did fix the issue. That effect is basically just a gaussian blur filter. There is a good example of this for OpenGL ES 2.0 in the PowerVR SDK in these files:
\Examples\Intermediate\Bloom\OGLES2\BlurVertShader.vsh:
code :
// Blur filter kernel shader
//
// 0  1  2  3  4
// x--x--X--x--x    <- original filter kernel
// y---X---y <- filter kernel abusing the hardware texture filtering
//       |
//      texel center
//
//
// Using hardware texture filtering, the amount of samples can be
// reduced to three. To calculate the offset, use this formula:
// d = w1 / (w1 + w2),  whereas w1 and w2 denote the filter kernel weights

attribute highp   vec3  inVertex;
attribute mediump vec2  inTexCoord;

uniform mediump float  TexelOffsetX;
uniform mediump float  TexelOffsetY;

varying mediump vec2  TexCoord0;
varying mediump vec2  TexCoord1;
varying mediump vec2  TexCoord2;

void main()
{
    // Pass through vertex
    gl_Position = vec4(inVertex, 1.0);

    // Calculate texture offsets and pass through
    mediump vec2 offset = vec2(TexelOffsetX, TexelOffsetY);

    TexCoord0 = inTexCoord - offset;
    TexCoord1 = inTexCoord;
    TexCoord2 = inTexCoord + offset;

}
uniform lowp sampler2D  sTexture;

/*
  Separated Gaussian 5x5 filter, first row:         1  5  6  5  1
*/

varying mediump vec2  TexCoord0;
varying mediump vec2  TexCoord1;
varying mediump vec2  TexCoord2;

void main()
{
    lowp vec3 color = texture2D(sTexture, TexCoord0).rgb * 0.333333;
    color = color + texture2D(sTexture, TexCoord1).rgb * 0.333333;
    color = color + texture2D(sTexture, TexCoord2).rgb * 0.333333;

    gl_FragColor.rgb = color;
}

To fix this issue Untested, but you should be able to unwind your rels collection and pull out the start and end nodes. Something like:
code :
MATCH (doc:document)-[contain]-(sentence)-[with]-(ng1:word)-[rel:relations]-(ng2:word)
WITH doc, count(rel) as nbRels, collect(rel) as rels
WHERE nbRels > 10
WITH doc, UNWIND(rels) as rel,
RETURN doc, STARTNODE(rel), ENDNODE(rel)
MATCH (doc:document)-[contain]-(sentence)-[with]-(ng1:word)-[rel:relations]-(ng2:word)
WITH doc, ng1, collect(ng2) as rels
WHERE LENGTH(rels) > 10
RETURN doc, ng1, rels

Hope this helps Looking at the shader files you posted the problem is obvious: The uniforms used by the Blender Game Engine and the uniforms used by Irrlicht are very different (different name, different semantics). You can't simply drop an arbitrary shader file into an existing engine and expect it to "just" work. You have to adjust it so that it matches the host rendering code that loads it.

I hope this helps . You simply missed ON MATCH vs ON MERGE (which is what the error is telling you : Invalid input 'E': expected 'a/A')
code :
MATCH (u1:Person {id: "1234"}), (u2:Person {id: "5678"})
MERGE (u1)-[r:KNOWS]->(u2)
ON CREATE SET r.duration = 12, r.count = 1
ON MATCH SET r.duration = 12, r.count = r.count + 1
RETURN r

To fix this issue Models which have light issues or seem to have a permanent black poly may have flipped normals and will not display light correctly. Whichever 3d modelling program is used to make the models will be able to flip a normal for you.
