I hope this helps . The problem was only when I tried to select specific columns. If I have Select * from, it works fine.
But, not sure about the actual issue though.

like below fixes the issue In my app, I use OleDbDataAdapter's & access data thru it to datasets. The code is :
code :
    Dim id As Integer
Try
    typeSql = "SELECT DOCHDR.dochdr_lDocId, TXNTYP.txntyp_cDocTypCat FROM TXNTYP INNER JOIN DOCHDR ON TXNTYP.txntyp_sDocTyp = DOCHDR.dochdr_sDocType WHERE ((DOCHDR.dochdr_lDocId)=395920);"
    typeAdap = New OleDb.OleDbDataAdapter(typeSql, connStr)
    typeDs = New DataSet()
    typeAdap.Fill(typeDs) ' THROWS ERROR

Catch ex As Exception
    Console.WriteLine("ERROR : " + ex.Message + " INNER " + ex.InnerException.ToString())
    Console.WriteLine("STACK = " + ex.StackTrace())
    Me.Close()
End Try

This might help you I did what @dash suggested and used Excel Data Reader and it works correctly.
here is the code
code :
        FileStream stream = File.Open(strNewPath , FileMode.Open, FileAccess.Read);
        //1. Reading from a binary Excel file ('97-2003 format; *.xls)
        //IExcelDataReader excelReader = ExcelReaderFactory.CreateBinaryReader(stream);
        //...
        //2. Reading from a OpenXml Excel file (2007 format; *.xlsx)
        IExcelDataReader excelReader = ExcelReaderFactory.CreateOpenXmlReader(stream);;
        excelReader.IsFirstRowAsColumnNames = true;
        DataSet result = excelReader.AsDataSet();
Nested SELECT throws an exception "No value given for one or more required parameters"

will help you You have a couple problems. One, you haven't selected the CustomerID field in your subquery so you can't filter on it from the outer query. Second, you are referencing the wrong table alias in the outer query. Try this instead:
code :
SELECT *
FROM (SELECT [Orders].[OrderDate], [Orders].[CustomerID] FROM [Orders]) t
WHERE t.[CustomerID]=?
SELECT *
FROM (SELECT [Orders].[OrderDate] FROM [Orders] WHERE [Orders].[CustomerID]=?) t
OleDbDataAdapter .Fill() method gives an exception saying No value given for one or more required parameters

hop of those help? When you create a cluster though $ gcloud container clusters create command you should keep in mind that there are hundreds of operations hidden.
When you have the owner rights then you are able to give the initial "Kick" to the process to make everything start. At this point Service accounts starts to enter in the process and they taking care of creating all the resource for you, automatically.
