SSIS Script Task move all files not working

SSIS Script Task move all files not working

hope this fix your issue Like I mentioned in the comments, there seems to be no need to use a Script Task to do this; a far better option would be a Foreach Loop Container and a FileSystem Task.
Firstly create the Foreach Loop Container, open the editor and go to the Collection Pane. Change Enumerator to Foreach File Enumerator. I assume you are using a variable for the directory, so click ... for Expressions and select Directory for the Property and your variable for the expression.
code :
@[User::SourceDirectoryVariable] + "\\" + @[User::FileNameVariable]

seems to work fine Configure two variables: read-only string User::download_path and read-write object User::files_to_process to receive the list of files.
code :
public void Main()
{
    bool fireAgain = true;

    var filesToProcess = new System.Collections.ArrayList();
    var filesInDirectory = new System.Collections.ArrayList();

    var download_path = (String)Dts.Variables["User::download_path"].Value;

    // Find for example all csv files in the directory which are having size > 0
    var downloadedFiles = new DirectoryInfo(download_path).EnumerateFiles("*.csv",SearchOption.TopDirectoryOnly);
    foreach (var f in downloadedFiles)
    {
        if (f.Length > 0)
            filesInDirectory.Add(f.FullName);
    }

    Dts.Events.FireInformation(3, "Getting files in directory", downloadedFiles.Count().ToString() + " found.", "", 0, ref fireAgain);

    // Report the file names into the SSIS Log:
    foreach (var f in filesToProcess)
    {
        Dts.Events.FireInformation(3, f.ToString(), "Ready for processing", "", 0, ref fireAgain);
    }

    // Return them into the READWRITE object variable
    Dts.Variables["User::files_to_process"].Value = filesInDirectory;

    Dts.TaskResult = (int)ScriptResults.Success;
}

I hope this helps you . The most likely cause is a permissions issue; the account under which the console app runs doesn't have permission to send email while your account does. Are there any error logs, Windows Event Log entries, etc. generated by the console app?

Does that help By default, File System Task can perform Move operations as mentioned in the link below, but make sure the the flat file is not used in a Flat File Connection Manager since it will lock the file for reading or writing and it will prevent the FST to perfrom a move operation.
