help you fix your problem In case the graphdb comes as a platform dependent embedded launcher, e.g. .exe, .deb etc. you'll need an additional step.
Under the installation folder (say GrapDBFree), there is a folder named app. First, place the jar with the custom function within app/lib folder and then, edit the app/GraphDBFree.cfg file by adding the jar to the app.classpath= entry declared there.

it helps some times OpenRDF Sesame is no longer maintained, it has been succeeded by the Eclipse RDF4J project. There is a migration guide available to help you figure out what to do when updating your project.
Although the Sesame project is no longer maintained, a documentation archive is available, and of course a lot of the RDF4J documentation also applies to Sesame, albeit with slightly different package names.

hope this fix your issue Okay, I have got it working for now. I manually installed the rdf4j-runtime-osgi bundle and other required dependencies. These are the bundles I installed:
code :
bundle:install -s mvn:org.mapdb/mapdb/1.0.8
bundle:install -s mvn:com.spatial4j/spatial4j/0.4.1
bundle:install -s mvn:com.opencsv/opencsv/3.2
bundle:install -s mvn:org.apache.httpcomponents/httpcore-osgi/4.4.6
bundle:install -s mvn:org.apache.httpcomponents/httpclient-osgi/4.5.3
bundle:install -s mvn:com.fasterxml.jackson.core/jackson-annotations/2.9.0
bundle:install -s mvn:com.fasterxml.jackson.core/jackson-core/2.9.0
bundle:install -s mvn:com.fasterxml.jackson.core/jackson-databind/2.9.0
bundle:install -s mvn:ch.qos.logback/logback-core/1.2.2
bundle:install -s mvn:org.slf4j/slf4j-api/1.7.25
bundle:install -s mvn:ch.qos.logback/logback-classic/1.2.2
bundle:install -s mvn:com.github.jsonld-java/jsonld-java/0.11.1
bundle:install -s mvn:org.eclipse.rdf4j/rdf4j-runtime-osgi/2.2.2

Can an application directly program against GraphDB's underlying RDF4J database?

I wish this help you I think there is a bit of confusion here. GraphDB does not have an "underlying RDF4J/Sesame database". It's actually the other way around: RDF4J/Sesame provides a standardized Java access API for RDF databases, and GraphDB is an implementation of this API.
You can programmatically access a GraphDB store using the Sesame APIs, as explained in the GraphDB Documentation. Sesame provides ways to access a local database (embedded in your own application) or a remote database (accessible via HTTP). As you correctly surmised, you can not access a database locally with multiple applications - if more than one application needs access, you should have both applications access the database via HTTP (or have one application talk directly to the other application, but that requires a lot of custom coding).

With these it helps I've a problem with rdf4j: i want to delete from my GraphDB repository "Feed" all the triples with feed:hashCode as predicate. , The problem is in this line:
code :
Repository repository = new SPARQLRepository("http://localhost:7200/repositories/Feed");
Repository repository = new SPARQLRepository("http://localhost:7200/repositories/Feed", "http://localhost:7200/repositories/Feed/statements");
