wish help you to fix your issue Since you are mixing datatypes... perhaps a conditional aggregation would be more useful.
Example
code :
Select a.[PT_FIN]
      ,[RESULT_DT_TM1] = max(case when RN=1 then [RESULT_DT_TM] end)
      ,[Weight1]       = max(case when RN=1 then [Weight] end)
      ,[Sysbp1]        = max(case when RN=1 then [Sysbp] end)
      ,[DiaBP1]        = max(case when RN=1 then [DiaBP] end)
      ,[Temp1]         = max(case when RN=1 then [Temp] end)
      ,[Oxy1]          = max(case when RN=1 then [Oxy] end)
      ,[Fio1]          = max(case when RN=1 then [Fio] end)
      ,[RESULT_DT_TM2] = max(case when RN=2 then [RESULT_DT_TM] end)
      ,[Weight2]       = max(case when RN=2 then [Weight] end)
      ,[Sysbp2]        = max(case when RN=2 then [Sysbp] end)
      ,[DiaBP2]        = max(case when RN=2 then [DiaBP] end)
      ,[Temp2]         = max(case when RN=2 then [Temp] end)
      ,[Oxy2]          = max(case when RN=2 then [Oxy] end)
      ,[Fio2]          = max(case when RN=2 then [Fio] end)
      --- Extend the Groups Here ---
 From  (Select *,RN=Row_Number() over (Partition By PT_FIN Order by [RESULT_DT_TM]) From ED_Vitals_Import_Master ) A
 Group By a.[PT_FIN]

Why do I have to cast a bit(1) as unsigned in a mysql subquery?

will help you This is because SELECT [bit_column] is not supposed to return a printable result set in the first place. You are just lucky that it sometimes returns something intelligible.

will be helpful for those in need Oracle allows lateral inline views to reference other tables inside the inline view.
In old versions this feature was mostly used for optimizations, as discussed in the Oracle optimizer blog here. Explicit lateral joins were added in 12c. Your first query only needs a small change to work in 12c:
code :
with temp as  (
       select 'A' col from dual
       union all
       select 'B' col from dual
     )
select *
from temp,
     lateral(select level || temp.col from dual connect by level < 3);
select col, the_level||col
from
(
    --Good comment 1.
    select 'A' col from dual union all
    select 'B' col from dual
) good_name_1
cross join
(
    --Good comment 2.
    select level the_level
    from dual
    connect by level < 3
) good_name_2

I wish this help you Use no need for DISTINCT when you use GROUP BY Format your code No need for correlated subquery, just simple aggregate function SUM
LiveDemo
code :
CREATE TABLE #table1(field1 INT, field2 INT, field3 INT, field4 INT);

INSERT INTO #table1 VALUES(1, 201510, 3, 1111);
INSERT INTO #table1 VALUES(1, 201510, 3, 1111);
INSERT INTO #table1 VALUES(1, 201510, NULL, 1111);

SELECT
  t1.field1,
  t1.field2,
  [SummedValue] = SUM(ISNULL(t1.field3, 0))
FROM #table1 t1
WHERE t1.field4 = '1111'
  AND t1.field2 = '201510'
GROUP BY t1.field1, field2;

hope this fix your issue It is a very bad design when you have saved comma separated values in a column when these values will be used in searching of records.
You need to properly normalize and restructure the table into 3-table design because I can see a Many-to-Many relationship on Article and Banner.

help you fix your problem A named enum is a distinct type. it has an underlying type and a "weak" enum allows implicit conversion to the underlying type. It does not support implicit conversion from the underlying type to the enum. An enum declared with the same name as another enum but in a different scopr is a distinct type of its own (this applies to all types). Since the enum does not support implicitly conversion from the underlying type you cannot simply assign the value of one enum to another, even if the enum's and all of their members have identical names and values.
