Any of those help You can use response.content directly with tf.image.decode_jpeg. The following code proves that you will get the same array:
code :
import numpy as np
import requests
import tensorflow as tf

def read_tensor_from_image_url(url,
                               input_height=299,
                               input_width=299,
                               input_mean=0,
                               input_std=255):
    image_reader = tf.image.decode_jpeg(
        requests.get(url).content, channels=3, name="jpeg_reader")
    float_caster = tf.cast(image_reader, tf.float32)
    dims_expander = tf.expand_dims(float_caster, 0)
    resized = tf.image.resize_bilinear(dims_expander, [input_height, input_width])
    normalized = tf.divide(tf.subtract(resized, [input_mean]), [input_std])

    with tf.Session() as sess:
        return sess.run(normalized)

def read_tensor_from_image_file(file_name,
                                input_height=299,
                                input_width=299,
                                input_mean=0,
                                input_std=255):
    input_name = "file_reader"
    file_reader = tf.read_file(file_name, input_name)
    image_reader = tf.image.decode_jpeg(
        file_reader, channels=3, name="jpeg_reader")
    float_caster = tf.cast(image_reader, tf.float32)
    dims_expander = tf.expand_dims(float_caster, 0)
    resized = tf.image.resize_bilinear(dims_expander, [input_height, input_width])
    normalized = tf.divide(tf.subtract(resized, [input_mean]), [input_std])

    with tf.Session() as sess:
        return sess.run(normalized)

local_img = read_tensor_from_image_file(
    r'Sample-jpg-image-500kb.jpg'
)
online_img = read_tensor_from_image_url(
    r'https://sample-videos.com/img/Sample-jpg-image-500kb.jpg'
)
print(np.all(local_img == online_img))

Hope this helps Use objective-c zip (iOS/Mac zlib wrapper)
Then you can do:
code :
ZipFile *unzipFile= [[ZipFile alloc] initWithFileName:@"test.zip" mode:ZipFileModeUnzip];
[unzipFile goToFirstFileInZip];

ZipReadStream *read= [unzipFile readCurrentFileInZip];
NSMutableData *data= [[NSMutableData alloc] initWithLength:256];
int bytesRead= [read readDataWithBuffer:data];

[read finishedReading];

help you fix your problem I'm trying to directly load a .jpeg image from a url address. I'm wondering if there is a basic way to do this by using a url connection. , Just save the image as a temporary file:
code :
myurl <- "http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/95/Apollonian_spheres.jpg"
z <- tempfile()
download.file(myurl,z,mode="wb")
pic <- readJPEG(z)
file.remove(z) # cleanup

hope this fix your issue The issue was with files which were too small for open to create a temp file for.
The solution is to not rely on temp files but to read the image into memory and use ChunkyPNG's Image.from_blob:
code :
require 'open-uri'
require 'chunky_png'

image_url = "http://res.cloudinary.com/houlihan-lokey/image/upload/c_limit,h_75,w_120/ixl7z4c1czlvrqnbt0mm.png"

image_file = open(image_url).read
image = ChunkyPNG::Image.from_blob(image_file)
puts image.width

Hope that helps The problem is that the order in which moving_mean is updated, could cause the gradients to use the updated version of moving_mean, instead of the original moving_mean used as shift. So to make sure the same value is used in the forward pass and in the backward pass we make an explicit copy.

This might help you The best way for you should be to use tf.image.crop_and_resize. From the documentation:
