Change all R columns names using a reference file

around this issue You can rename multiple colums at the same time, and there's no need to move the data itself that's stored in your data.frame. If you know the right order, you can just use
code :
names(data) <- mapping.col$new_name
names(data) <- mapping.col$new_name[match(names(data), mapping.col$old_name)]

How can I reference columns by their names in python calling SQLite?

With these it helps I'm not sure if this is the best approach, but here's what I typically do to retrieve a record set using a DB-API 2 compliant module:
code :
cursor.execute("""SELECT foo, bar, baz, quux FROM table WHERE id = %s;""",
                  (interesting_record_id,))

for foo, bar, baz, quux in cursor.fetchall():
    frobnicate(foo + bar, baz * quux)

may help you . [OK this really shouldn't be an answer but]
You have a trailing space in your column somehow. Look at the error message: some have a space between column name and the comma and some don't.

Change columns headers names and reordercolumns in csv file in PHP

hope this fix your issue I found the some kind fo solution This will remove first row with columns names and put it in new csv file and add new columns names in the old one.
code :
$old_file = 'X.csv';
$new_file = 'testdata_new.csv';

$file_to_read = file_get_contents($old_file);  // Reading entire file
$lines_to_read = explode("\n", $file_to_read);  // Creating array of lines

if ( $lines_to_read == '' ) die('EOF'); // No data

$line_to_append = array_shift( $lines_to_read ); // Extracting first line

$file_to_append = file_get_contents($new_file);  // Reading entire file

if ( substr($file_to_append, -1, 1) != "\n" ) $file_to_append.="\n";  // If new file doesn't ends in new line I add it

// Writing files
file_put_contents($new_file, $file_to_append . $line_to_append . "\n");
file_put_contents($old_file, implode("\n", $lines_to_read));

  $header = "here write the names  \r\n";
  $data = file_get_contents($old_file);
  file_put_contents($old_file, $header.$data);

How to change matrix rows or columns names by a list of existing names to new?

may help you . I have a matrix that it's rows and columns named by some ID number. I have another database which contains two columns - one of IDs and one of some names. , Given the following matrix
code :
mat <- matrix(1:16, 4)
set.seed(1)
colnames(mat) <- sample(9, 4, FALSE)
mat
#     3 9  5  6
#[1,] 1 5  9 13
#[2,] 2 6 10 14
#[3,] 3 7 11 15
#[4,] 4 8 12 16
(lookup <- data.frame(ID = 1:10,
                      NAME = LETTERS[1:10], stringsAsFactors = FALSE))
#    ID NAME
#1    1    A
#2    2    B
#3    3    C
#4    4    D
#5    5    E
#6    6    F
#7    7    G
#8    8    H
#9    9    I
#10  10    J
colnames(mat) <- lookup$NAME[match(colnames(mat), lookup$ID)]
mat
#     C I  E  F
#[1,] 1 5  9 13
#[2,] 2 6 10 14
#[3,] 3 7 11 15
#[4,] 4 8 12 16
dimnames(mat) <- rep(list(lookup$NAME[match(colnames(mat), lookup$ID)]), 2)
