Hope that helps You need to place the Measure Values measure in the Text card instead. This will allow you to use the Measure Names dimension in the Color card.
For example:

Is it possible to automate updating Tableau extract for Tableau Reader?

will help you Since Tableau Viewer can only use packaged workbooks with extracted data, you may not directly achieve this.
However, you may automate the packaging process using Tableau's command line parameters and the process will not be dependent on anyone anymore.

Are Tableau dashboards, hosted on Tableau Server, downloadable by viewers?

By : Moira McGovern

will be helpful for those in need Short answer is yes, people who have access to download (which you set in the user or group permissions) will be able to see whatever data it is connected to. If it is connected to a database such as SQL the user would be prompted to enter credentials that are allowed to connect to that database. If the data is in the form of an excel document then it would just be available with the download.
It sounds to me all you really need is to just limit the users from having download access, which is changed in the user/group settings. Just let them "view only".

Can Tableau Reader connect to a workbook published on Tableau server in a remote location?

Date : March 29 2020, 07:55 AM
this one helps. Tableau Reader can open Packaged Tableau workbooks. A packaged workbook is a tableau workbook file with the data saved along with it. It has twbx file extention. So if you have access to the workbook on your server and you can download it and the data, then Reader should work for your case.
