How to perform throttling based on user defined argument?

To fix the issue you can do As others have suggested (see the comments on the question), you have better options available to you than throttling here. However, you can throttle an operation in Java with some simple code like the following:
code :
/**
 * Given an Iterator `inner`, returns a new Iterator which will emit items upon
 * request, but throttled to at most one item every `minDelayMs` milliseconds.
 */
public static <T> Iterator<T> throttledIterator(Iterator<T> inner, int minDelayMs) {
    return new Iterator<T>() {
        private long lastEmittedMillis = System.currentTimeMillis() - minDelayMs;

        @Override
        public boolean hasNext() {
            return inner.hasNext();
        }

        @Override
        public T next() {
            long now = System.currentTimeMillis();
            long requiredDelayMs = now - lastEmittedMillis;
            if (requiredDelayMs > 0) {
                try {
                    Thread.sleep(requiredDelayMs);
                } catch (InterruptedException e) {
                    // resume
                }
            }
            lastEmittedMillis = now;

            return inner.next();
        }
    };
}

Using ember-data to perform a UI update with user defined parameters

Any of those help I was having a similar issue and ended up with removing the route object. Routes only make sense if you are accessing the URL params. Since MyModelRoute does not access the params just remove it. You can still initialize the controller inside its 'init' method.
Things would be different if you were encoding the query inside your path… like "/my_model/fromDate/toDate" or something. I didn't need that though. So i am handling everything in the controller.

I wish this helpful for you Catch the error in case the user presses the Cancel button. You don't need a loop, you can write the formula to multiple cells at once.
code :
Option Explicit

Public Sub Averager()
    Dim ValueRange As Range
    On Error Resume Next 'if user presses cancel this throws an error
    Set ValueRange = Application.InputBox(Prompt:="Select range values: ", Type:=8)
    On Error GoTo 0

    If Not ValueRange Is Nothing Then
        ValueRange.Offset(ColumnOffset:=6).Resize(ColumnSize:=1).FormulaR1C1 = "=AVERAGE(RC[-6]:RC[-4])"
    End If
End Sub

r User-Defined Function Arguments - what can be defined as the argument?

it fixes the issue With tidyverse,if we pass unquoted, it can be converted to quosure (rlang::enquo) and evaluate (!!), which is done with {{}} curly-curly operator
code :
