How do I print only the selection from my list group item?

I wish this helpful for you What you can do is after your loop that appends all the links to the right container, you can add an on click listener on all the links you added (with a special class name to be specific).
Then in the function that handles the click event, you can use the this keyword to access the properties of the clicked link and use them to create your next element to append to the bottom container. Here is an example:
code :
for(i=0; i<resp.model_list.length; i++){
    $("#rightContainer ").append('<a href="#" id ='+i+' class="list-group-item list-group-item-success py-0 list-group-item-action rightContainerLink">'+resp.model_list[i]+'</a>');
}
$(".rightContainerLink").on("click", handleLinkClick);

function handleLinkClick() {
  let index = $(this).attr("id");
  let text = $(this).text();
  let elem = `<span>index is: ${index} text is: ${text}</span>`;
  elem += "<button> I am a button</button> <br/>";
  $("#bottomContainer").append(elem);
}
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.3.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<div id="rightContainer">
  <a href="#" id='1' class="list-group-item list-group-item-success py-0 list-group-item-action rightContainerLink">model 1</a>
  <a href="#" id='2' class="list-group-item list-group-item-success py-0 list-group-item-action rightContainerLink">model 2</a>
  <a href="#" id='3' class="list-group-item list-group-item-success py-0 list-group-item-action rightContainerLink">model 3</a>

  <!-- This link will not add to the bottom div because it doesn't have rightContainerLink class -->
  <a href="#" id='4' class="list-group-item list-group-item-success py-0 list-group-item-action">I will not be added to bottom 4</a>
</div>
<hr/>
<div id="bottomContainer">
</div>

How do I get list item selection working when using a png mask in an item renderer in a Flex 4.5 mobile app?

I think the issue was by ths following , I finally found this:
http://aaronhardy.com/flex/displayobject-quirks-and-tips/

Given an item, how can I count the occurrences of said item in a list, and not print the item if it does not reach certa

like below fixes the issue Say you have a list, and you want each item in the list to have two "a"'s, regardless of case, and two "g"'s, also regardless of case. How would you stop python from printing "aaGa", aGGG", etc., but print all the other items that do have two "a"'s and "g"'s?
code :
word_list = ["AAgg", "aGGG", "AgaG", "gAaA"]
for idx in word_list:
    if idx.lower().count("a") == idx.lower().count("g") == 2:
        print idx

Print list item that throws error in for loop, and continue with next list item

How to "lock" Vuetify v-list-item-group selection?

This might help you
Add a property in your data() method, such as lockSelection. Initialize it as false.
code :
<template>
  <v-list>
    <v-list-item-group v-model="model" :mandatory="!!model">
      <v-list-item v-for="(item, i) in items" :key="`item-${i}`" :value="item"
        :disabled="lockSelection" @click="lockSelection=true">
        <v-list-item-content>
          <v-list-item-title v-text="item"></v-list-item-title>
        </v-list-item-content>
      </v-list-item>
    </v-list-item-group>
  </v-list>
</template>
<script>
  export default {
    data: () => ({
      items: [
        'item1',
        'item2',
        'item3'
      ],
      model: null,
      lockSelection: false
    }),
    watch: {
      model (val, oldVal) {
        // This logic will change the value and trigger watcher again and again
        this.val = oldVal
    }
  }
</script>
