fixed the issue. Will look into that further I have a dataframe which contains two columns: id and issues; based on this dataframe, I create a new column: issues_v1 using: , Let's do this in two stages with Series.mask:
code :
m = df.issues.notna()
a = df['issues'].mask(m, '"' + df.issues + '"')
b = pd.Series('', index=a.index).mask(df.issues.shift(-1).notna() & m, ',')

df['issues_v1'] = (a + b)
df
     id issues issues_v1
0  1001      A      "A",
1  1001      A       "A"
2  1001    NaN       NaN
3  1002      A      "A",
4  1002      A       "A"
5  1002    NaN       NaN

Does that help EXC_ARITHMETIC usually means that you are dividing by zero. If you look in your screenshot then you are evaluating:
code :
int row = (a % itemsPerRow) //...

How to check urls againts a predefined list of regex rules in order to get a match in python?

fixed the issue. Will look into that further I'm not sure why you need a regex to do something like that. You can split and count:
code :
if len(url.split("/")) == 4:
    # do something
if url.count("/") == 3:
    # do something
if re.match(r'^(?:/[^/]*){3}$', url):
    # do something
^/user/delete/[0-9]+$
^/user/update/[0-9]+$
^/list/report/[0-9]{4}/[0-9]{1,2}/[0-9]{1,2}$
^/show/[0-9]+/something/[0-9]+/reports$

Python: How to check that two CSV files with header rows contain same information disregarding row and column order?

I hope this helps you . Here it is late, so I'll sketch the solution
input data using csv.reader, compare the headers, normalize booleans
code :
cols = zip(*data)
data = zip(*sorted(cols))

How to check current order of rows in sortable table?

hope this fix your issue Give the items a classname. When the items are sorted they will have the right order in the classnames-array. For example:
code :
<div id="list">
   <div class="item">item 1</div>
   <div class="item">item 2</div>
   <div class="item">item 3</div>
</div>

$('.item').each(function(){
    //save item[n] to your database using $.ajax
});

How do I apply my JUnit rules in a specific order?

To fix this issue I am not very familiar with the rule ordering in JUnit and especially the RuleChain class. So I had a quick look at this class' documentation. The example code snippet seems to be your solution when being used in a template method sense.
I could imagine that following mechanism will work:
