what does [:, :, ::-1] mean in python?

Hope this helps This is numpy-specific and will not work for most python objects. The : means "take everything in this dimension" and the ::-1 means "take everything in this dimension but backwards." Your matrix has three dimensions: height, width and color. Here you're flipping the color from BGR to RGB. This is necessary because OpenCV has colors in BGR (blue/green/red) order, while most other imaging libraries have them in RGB order. This code will switch the image from OpenCV format to whatever format you'll display it in.

Any of those help I’m seeing the above message on multiple playbooks using Ansible 2.8 on Ubuntu 18.04. In the interests of simplicity I’ve reproduced it using this basic playbook for a single node Drupal server. https://github.com/geerlingguy/ansible-for-devops/tree/master/drupal; this playbook works fine on earlier versions of ubuntu, but not on 18.04 which I understand includes python3 by default. , Your remote host is telling you:
code :
- name: Make sure pymysql is present
become: true # needed if the other tasks are not played as root
  pip:
    name: pymysql
    state: present

it fixes the issue We also develop software projects that depend on numpy, scipy and other PyPI packages. Hands down, the best tool currently available out there for managing remote installations is zc.buildout. It is very easy to use. You download a bootstrapping script from their website and distribute that with your package. You write a "local deployment" file, called normally buildout.cfg, that explains how to install the package locally. You ship both the bootstrap.py file and buildout.cfg with your package - we use the MANIFEST.in file in our python packages to force the embedding of these two files with the zip or tar balls distributed by PyPI. When the user unpackages it, it should execute two commands:

Python OSX $ which Python gives /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/bin/python
