Does that help I am calling login feature file from other feature file from where I am passing url, username and password but it is not working for me. I am not using Background key here and i do not want also. , I see a few issues in your scripts,
1. Call Login Feature
code :
* def result = call read('Login.feature') config
Given url endPointURL
And form field username = username
And request { username: '#(username)', password: '#(password)'}
Given url '#(endPointURL)'
And form field username = '#(username)'

Karate API Testing - Reusing variables in different scenarios in the same feature file

I wish this help you Use a Background: section. Here is an example.
EDIT: the variable if in the Background: will be re-initialized for every scenario which is standard testing framework "set up" behavior. You can use hooks such as callonce - if you want the initialization to happen only once.

Karate Server feature file cannot access variables in karate-config.js file

I wish this help you Great question, we deliberately did not want to mix the karate-config.js concept with the Karate server-side.
Normally when you instantiate a mock server via the API you can pass a Java Map and all key-values will end up as Karate variables.
code :
* call read('classpath:karate-config.js')
* def cats = read('cats.json')

Setting global variables in karate from one feature to be used in another feature

hope this fix your issue Having features depend on each other is a very bad practice and I don't recommend it. You are not supposed to even have Scenario-s depend on other ones.
Please read this: https://github.com/intuit/karate#script-structure

Passing a variable from one feature file into another as a part of request URL(not query parameter) in Karate

Hope that helps Can you simplify your example ? The only thing I can make out is you need a space after the call feature and before the call argument:
code :
* call read('deleteVehicle.feature') { vehcileId: '#(vehicleId)' }
