Problem when attempting to loop AVPlayer (userCapturedVideo) seamlessly

it fixes the issue I have been looking around for a while on how to correctly accomplish this. I have looked here and here. And have used the top answer here, to try and accomplish this however for me the recorded video does not ever even begin to loop. The first frame shows up but does not play the video, thus I am wondering what's wrong. , I did the same thing a few years back using this piece of code:
code :
var player: AVPlayer!
var playerLayer: AVPlayerLayer!

private func playVideo(name: String) {
    guard let path = Bundle.main.path(forResource: name, ofType:"mp4") else { return }
    player = AVPlayer(url: NSURL(fileURLWithPath: path) as URL)
    playerLayer = AVPlayerLayer(player: player)
    self.playerLayer.frame = SOME_BOUNDS
    self.player!.play()
    NotificationCenter.default.addObserver(self, selector: #selector(playerDidFinishPlaying(note:)), name: NSNotification.Name.AVPlayerItemDidPlayToEndTime, object: player.currentItem)
}

@objc func playerDidFinishPlaying(note: NSNotification) {
    print("Video Finished")
    self.playerLayer.removeFromSuperlayer()
    playVideo(name: "SOME_NAME")
}

How to loop FLV seamlessly

wish help you to fix your issue The only way to loop an flv seamlessly is to embed inside the swf. It is converted to a MovieClip and you then handle it with play(), stop(), nextFrame(), prevFrame() etc.
When embedding in Flash Authoring tool (dragging flv file on stage), make sure that you select:

encoded svg background image won't seamlessly loop in css animation correctly

seems to work fine So I found an svg image pattern off heropatterns.com, and I wanted to make that pattern infinitely move along the x-axis. The only problem is that for some reason there's a break/gap and the pattern isn't seamlessly looping. I'm using the translate, linear, and infinite properties, but it's still showing a gap. , Better do another animation. Not in svg but in css:
code :
.homehero-bg {
  height: 400px;
  width: 400px;
  background-color: #1de9b6;
  background-image: url("data:image/svg+xml;charset=utf8,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%22http%3A//www.w3.org/2000/svg%22%20viewBox%3D%220%200%2020%2012%22%3E%3Cpath%20fill%3D%22%23361900%22%20fill-rule%3D%22evenodd%22%20d%3D%22M9.8%2012L0%202.2V.8l10%2010%2010-10v1.4L10.2%2012h-.4zm-4%200L0%206.2V4.8L7.2%2012H5.8zm8.4%200L20%206.2V4.8L12.8%2012h1.4zM9.8%200l.2.2.2-.2h-.4zm-4%200L10%204.2%2014.2%200h-1.4L10%202.8%207.2%200H5.8z%22/%3E%3C/svg%3E");
  background-size: 20px 12px;
  background-repeat: repeat;
  background-position: 0 0;
  animation: shift 12s linear infinite;
}

@keyframes shift {
  to {
    background-position:100% 0;
  }
}
<div class="homehero-bg">

HTML5 Video - How to seamlessly play several videos and then loop the sequence?

it fixes the issue You can create two video elements with preload attribute and add it to div containar. Then we can switch between the videos by toggling the display state like follows:
code :
var videoContainer = document.getElementById('videoContainer'),
    output = document.getElementById('output'),
    nextVideo,
    videoObjects =
    [
        document.createElement('video'),
        document.createElement('video')
    ],
    vidSources =
    [
        "http://www.w3schools.com/html/mov_bbb.mp4",
        "http://www.w3schools.com/html/movie.mp4",
        "http://www.w3schools.com/html/mov_bbb.mp4",
        "http://www.w3schools.com/html/movie.mp4",
        "http://www.w3schools.com/html/mov_bbb.mp4",
        "http://www.w3schools.com/html/movie.mp4"
        //this list could be additionally filled without any other changing from code
    ],
    //random starting point
    nextActiveVideo = Math.floor((Math.random() * vidSources.length));

videoObjects[0].inx = 0; //set index
videoObjects[1].inx = 1;

initVideoElement(videoObjects[0]);
initVideoElement(videoObjects[1]);

videoObjects[0].autoplay = true;
videoObjects[0].src = vidSources[nextActiveVideo];
videoContainer.appendChild(videoObjects[0]);

videoObjects[1].style.display = 'none';
videoContainer.appendChild(videoObjects[1]);

function initVideoElement(video)
{
    video.playsinline = true;
    video.muted = false;
    video.preload = 'auto'; //but do not set autoplay, because it deletes preload

    //loadedmetadata is wrong because if we use it then we get endless loop
    video.onplaying = function(e)
    {
        output.innerHTML = 'Current video source index: ' + nextActiveVideo;

        //select next index. If is equal vidSources.length then it is 0
        nextActiveVideo = ++nextActiveVideo % vidSources.length;

        //replace the video elements against each other:
        if(this.inx == 0)
            nextVideo = videoObjects[1];
        else
            nextVideo = videoObjects[0];

        nextVideo.src = vidSources[nextActiveVideo];
        nextVideo.pause();
    };

    video.onended = function(e)
    {
        this.style.display = 'none';
        nextVideo.style.display = 'block';
        nextVideo.play();
    };
}
video{background-color: red}
<div id="videoContainer" style="display:inline-block"></div>
<b id="output" style="vertical-align:top"></b>

How to seamlessly loop sound with web audio api

I wish did fix the issue. I can't find a clear answer to this question anywhere. I'm looking for the easiest way to seamlessly loop a .wav file automatically on document load in chrome. It seems that the webaudio api is the best practice, but I can't find simple documentation. Support for safari and others would be great too but not as important. , Took a night of research but i finally found the simplest solution:

Looping AVPlayer seamlessly

will be helpful for those in need I had the same problem when streaming a video. After playing for the first time, there was a black screen when loading the video for second time. I got rid of the black screen by seeking video to 5ms ahead. It made nearly a seamless video loop. (Swift 2.1)
