To fix this issue As you are using Schema Text Field Property so you need to change in all ConvertRecord processor manually.
Try with this approach:
code :
Use Schema Name Property
2.UpdateAttribute //add schema.name attribute
3.ConvertRecord //define/use AvroSchemaRegistry and access strategy as schemaname property
..other processors

I don't know how to change the way text flows in a texarea field for a form?

By : furkan altun

With these it helps I made a form, but and when the user enters information into it, the text is entered from left to right for the name field and the email field. However, when someone enters information into the comments field, the text is entered from right to left. Is there a piece of code or something I need to change, for information to be entered left to right like the other fields? Below is a link to my form. you! , You should apply text-align: left;

Multiple flows with nifi

wish of those help Apache NiFi has ProcessorGroups. As the name itself suggests, the processor groups are there to group together a set of processors' and their pipeline that does similar task.
So for your case what you can do is, you can refactor the flow by moving the common flow which can be reused with different pipelines to a separate processor group with an input port. Connect the outside flow that depends on this reusable flow by connecting to the input port of the reusable processor group. Depending on your requirement you can create an output port as well in this processor group and connect it with the outside flow.

How to restore flows from git in NiFi Registry?

help you fix your problem Unfortunately that documentation is not totally accurate. Currently there is a metadata DB which defaults to an embedded H2, but can also be Postgres, and then the flow storage. You would need to restore both in order to spin up a new instance with the same data.
In the next release there is a new feature where if you start a new instance with a completely empty DB (i.e. no buckets) and the git flow provider, then it will restore everything.

Apache NiFi - Generic Execution Flows?

I wish did fix the issue. The solution I found is to use an external schedular (like airflow) and to use ListenHttp processor. Then you can send to that listener any data you wish parse it and use it as parameters/attributes in the rest of the flow.

Hortonworks Schema Registry + Nifi + Java: Deserialize Nifi Record

By : user3703331

To fix the issue you can do I found a workaround. Since I wasn't able to get this working. I take the first bytes of the byte array to make several calls to schema registry and get the avro schema to deserialize later the rest of the byte array.
First byte (0) is protocol version (I figured out this is a Nifi-specific byte, since I didn't need it). Next 8 bytes are the schema Id Next 4 bytes are the schema version
code :
import com.hortonworks.registries.schemaregistry.SchemaMetadataInfo;
import com.hortonworks.registries.schemaregistry.SchemaVersionInfo;
import com.hortonworks.registries.schemaregistry.SchemaVersionKey;
import com.hortonworks.registries.schemaregistry.client.SchemaRegistryClient;

try(SchemaRegistryClient client = new SchemaRegistryClient(this.schemaRegistryConfig)) {
    try {
        Long schemaId = ByteBuffer.wrap(Arrays.copyOfRange(message, 1, 9)).getLong();
        Integer schemaVersion =  ByteBuffer.wrap(Arrays.copyOfRange(message, 9, 13)).getInt();

        SchemaMetadataInfo schemaInfo = client.getSchemaMetadataInfo(schemaId);
        String schemaName = schemaInfo.getSchemaMetadata().getName();

        SchemaVersionInfo schemaVersionInfo = client.getSchemaVersionInfo(
                new SchemaVersionKey(schemaName, schemaVersion));

        String avroSchema = schemaVersionInfo.getSchemaText();
        byte[] message= Arrays.copyOfRange(message, 13, message.length);
        // Deserialize [...]
    catch (Exception e)
        throw new IOException(e.getMessage());
import org.apache.avro.Schema;
import org.apache.avro.file.SeekableByteArrayInput;
import org.apache.avro.generic.GenericDatumReader;
import org.apache.avro.generic.GenericRecord;
import org.apache.avro.io.BinaryDecoder;
import org.apache.avro.io.DatumReader;
import org.apache.avro.io.DecoderFactory;

private static GenericRecord deserializeMessage(byte[] message, String schemaText) throws IOException {

    InputStream in = new SeekableByteArrayInput(message);
    Schema schema = new Schema.Parser().parse(schemaText);
    DatumReader<GenericRecord> datumReader = new GenericDatumReader<>(schema);
    BinaryDecoder decoder = DecoderFactory.get().binaryDecoder(in,  null);
    GenericRecord genericRecord = null;
    genericRecord = datumReader.read(genericRecord, decoder);

    return genericRecord;
private static Map<String, Object> avroGenericRecordToMap(GenericRecord record)
    Map<String, Object> map = new HashMap<>();
    record.getSchema().getFields().forEach(field ->
        map.put(String.valueOf(field.name()), record.get(field.name())));

    // Strings are maped to Utf8 class, so they need to be casted (all the keys of records and those values which are typed as string)
    if(map.get("value").getClass() ==  org.apache.avro.util.Utf8.class)
        map.put("value", String.valueOf(map.get("value")));

    return map;
