What's the difference between knex.raw() and knex.schema.raw()?

By : Creatively.Me

seems to work fine knex.raw creates query builder instance which can be executed right away.
With knex.schema.* things work a bit different manner. Knex schema methods creates an array of queries, which are then executed one by one when schema builder is resolved.
code :
await knex.schema.raw('SELECT 1').raw('SELECT 2');
await knex.schema
  .raw('?', [knex('table1').where('id', 1)])
  .raw('?', [knex('table2').where('id', 2)]);

Error when attempting knex seed:run after successful knex migrate:latest for remote database

By : Felix

To fix this issue This seems to have occurred due to how I was setting up the migrations / seeds. The configurations were actually pulling from two different places, one which had the correct SSL settings in place, the other without (seed file). Adding the correct settings in both places seemed to resolve the issue.

Knex.js | running 'knex seed:run' twice gives error because of foreign key

Any of those help Depends on database, which you are using. But the conventional way in knex is exactly the same that is conventional way generally when working with SQL databases.
Here are some ways to do it (there are probably many more valid ways to do this):

What's the difference between knex.into('sometable') and knex('sometable) in Knex?

hope this fix your issue .into() is just an older alternative syntax for selecting table name. Both works just the same. I use knex('TableName') where ever it is possible.

Subquery in knex.js or direct postgresql queries in knex.js using raw or any alternative ways

I hope this helps . Without converting the entire thing for you, here's how subqueries work in Knex.
Each query returns an instance of the Knex query builder, which we alias with .as. So it's pretty easy to build them up gradually:
code :
const subquery1 = knex("foos").count("*").as("foocount");
const subquery2 = knex("bars").count("*").as("barcount");
knex.select(subquery1, subquery2).then(console.log);

will help you ,
I made some syntax errors.
code :
app.put('/update', (req, res) => {
    // console.log(req.body)
    const { id, name, year, house, mobile, email, occupation, gender} = req.body
        .where('id', '=', id)
        .update({name: name, year: year, house: house, mobile: mobile, occupation: occupation,
            gender: gender, email: email})
        .then(data => res.status(200).json('Success'))
        .catch(err => console.log('Error', err));
