Angular 6, how to update angular input field while looping?

I hope this helps . I am trying to generate dynamic number of mat-form-field inside a html page. , You need to use the ngFor inside the mat-form
code :
 <mat-form-field appearance="outline">
    <div *ngFor="let c of data">
        <mat-label>Name:</mat-label>
        <input placeholder="Placeholder" [(ngModel)]=c.name>
    </div>
  </mat-form-field>

To fix the issue you can do You can add ng-change directive to input fields. Have a look at the docs example.

Why doesn't an input field change update angular model?

To fix this issue The answer is purely related to the way angular binds data. The simplest answer would be, after manually changing the form data, $scope.$apply() must be called for the element's scope. Called outside the "Angular world" you could change somefnc to:
code :
function somefnc() {
    document.getElementById("demo").value = "hi";
    $('#demo').scope().$apply();
}
$scope.somefnc = function(){
    test.fld = "hi";
}
<div ng-controller="AddCtrl">
  <input type="text" id="demo" ng-model="test.fld" ng-change="change()"></input>
  <br />

  [ <a href="" ng-click="somefnc()">pop</a> ]
  [ <a href="" ng-click="add(test)">add</a> ]
  <p>Test-field: {{test.fld}}</p>
</div>

<script>
angular.module('app').controller('AddCtrl',['$scope',function($scope){
    $scope/test = {fld: ''};
    $scope.add = function(){
        $scope.test.fld += test.fld
    }
    $scope.change = function(){
        alert('I changed!');
    }
    $scope.somefnc = function() {
        $scope.test.fld = "hi";
    }
}])
</script>

Update value in input field when changing using angular

around this issue mate,it's to do with the input type, as your input is number type, but the value you bind is text type, so you can use watch to fix this, have create a fiddle for you, check this:
code :
function MyCont($scope) {
$scope.value = 0;

$scope.$watch('value',function(val,old){
   $scope.value = parseInt(val);
});
};

Why Angular JS input model value does not get updated if i update value of input field using javascript ex: using setTim

this one helps. This has to do with how angular handles two way data-binding and the digest loop. If you're interested in knowing all the details of how this works then you can read about it here: https://www.ng-book.com/p/The-Digest-Loop-and-apply/
The basic idea is that in angular the digest loop is used to keep track of all the variables you placed in your $scope. Whenever a variable changes it sets off the digest loop, in each cycle of the loop the new value of the variable is compared to the old value and updated accordingly until the new value is equal to the old value which ends the loop. That being said this only works as long as you change your variables within angular's context, this is especially true for changing variables within callback functions or with jquery. Angular doesn't know that a variable was changed so the digest loop never gets started, you could force it by using $scope.$apply but some cases should be avoided in general unless there's no angular alternative for it (Which usually isnt the case).
