How can I loop this Python program indefinitely, and convert floating point hours into hours and minutes?

This might help you This code has been edited considerably to be as accurate as possible. My solution assumes that you want to be able to exit the program gracefully, rather than having it terminate at system shutdown, but if that is not the case, simply remove the final portion of the loop, starting at again = ....
code :
while True:
    # Get L/100km used from the user
    fuel = input("Enter car's L/100kmh:")
    fuel = float(fuel)

    # Get distance driven from the user
    distance = input("Enter kilometers driven:")
    distance = float(distance)

    # Get speed used from the user
    speed = input("Enter driving speed:")
    speed = float(speed)

    # Calculate and print the answer
    time = distance / speed
    fuel_burned = distance / 100 * fuel
    hours = int(time)
    minutes_remainder = (time - hours) * 60
    minutes = int(minutes_remainder)
    print("Time traveled: ", hours,":",minutes)
    print("Fuel burned: ", fuel_burned," liters")

     again = input("Go again? (y/n)")
     if again == "n":
        break

How to read decimal numbers from a specific column in a csv file convert them to HH.MM and total up the number of hours

hope this fix your issue You sum your hours up, multiply them by 60 to get minutes. Then you extract full hours and leftover minutes:
code :
minutes = sum( [ 1 , 0.5 , 0.93 , 1.2 , 0.73 , 0.5 , 0.54 , 0.13 , 0.56 , 0.99 ]) * 60
print( f'{int(minutes//60):02d}:{int(minutes)%60:02d}')
07:04
def asHourString(decimalPlacesHours):
    """Converts decimal workhours into HH:MM format.

    Works with int,float and list of float-convertables, else
    throws ValueError"""

    minutes = 0.0
    if isinstance(decimalPlacesHours,float) or isinstance(decimalPlacesHours,int) :
        minutes = decimalPlacesHours * 60
    elif isinstance(decimalPlacesHours,list) and decimalPlacesHours:
        try:
            minutes = sum(map(float,decimalPlacesHours))
        except (ValueError,IndexError):
            raise ValueError("Supply float or list convertable to float")
    else:
        raise ValueError("Supply float or list convertable to float")

    return f'{int(minutes//60):02d}:{int(minutes)%60:02d}'

print(asHourString(21.49))
print(asHourString([21.49,2.12]))
print(asHourString(["21.49","2.12"]))
print(asHourString(-5))
# print(asHourString("does not work")) # ValueError
21:29
00:23
00:23
-5:00

How can i convert duration into hours only instead of days and hours using python 3 in jupyter notebook?

This might help you You can calculate this straight away when you calculate the duration. You just need to specify the type in hours:
code :
duration = (filmpermits.EndDateTime - filmpermits.StartDateTime).astype('timedelta64[h]')

How to convert a decimal number to numbers in days, hours, and min in Excel

around this issue I have a simple cell A2 (48.48333333). I want to convert this number to number of days, numbers of hours, and number of minutes. I expect to see 2 days, and 30 minutes (conversion note: numbers after the decimal (.) would be converted as follow: .50 = 30 minutes, .25 = 15 minutes, .75 = 45 minutes) in this example, .48333333 would be 30 minutes). , Use:
code :
=INT(A2/24) & "d " & TEXT(A2/24,"h\h m\m")
