AHK Script using PostClick and PostMessage

By : heyohletsgo

Does that help I am going to assume you are attempting to use this function.
I am unsure how this function works, but I think what you want is something like:
code :
DetectHiddenWindows On

S:: ;Character to start the loop
pid = 19164 ;Application PID
ControlGet, clickVar, Hwnd , , ahk_pid %pid% ;Specify control for which program
WinGetTitle, clickTitle, ahk_pid %pid%
WinGetClass, clickClass, ahk_pid %pid%
BreakLoop = 0
Loop, 3
{
  if (BreakLoop = 1)
  break
  Sleep 1000
  PostClick(1055,525,clickClass, clickTitle)
  ControlSend,, 3, ahk_pid %pid%
  Sleep 1500
}

E::
BreakLoop = 1

return

PostClick(x, y, class, title)
{
  lParam := x & 0xFFFF | (y & 0xFFFF) << 16
  PostMessage, 0x201, 1, %lParam%, %class%, %title% ;WM_LBUTTONDOWN
  PostMessage, 0x202, 0, %lParam%, %class%, %title% ;WM_LBUTTONUP
}

By : eng osama

hop of those help? So I was messing around with the Html5 PostMessage sample at Html5 Demos and I created a sample jsfiddle to see if I understood how it worked together.
code :
$("#frame1") // This a jQuery object that encapsulate the DOM element.
$("#frame1")[0] // this is the DOM element.
//Or
$("#frame1").get(0) // this is the DOM element.
$("#frame1")[0].contentWindow.postMessage("Hello from another domain", "http://dl.dropbox.com"); // DICE!

Why is postMessage script not working in IE8?

will be helpful for those in need After extensive research it appears that this should work, but in IE8 the letsgo function never gets called... any help? , I got it, must have been a race condition. I took out the onload.
code :
<script type="text/javascript">

        if (window.addEventListener) {
            window.addEventListener('message', letsgo, false);
        } else if (window.attachEvent) {
            window.attachEvent('onmessage', letsgo);
        }

    function letsgo(event) {
        var iframe = document.getElementById('my_iframe');
        if (event.origin !== 'http://mysite.com') return; // only accept messages from the specified domain
        if (isNaN(event.data)) return; // only accept something which can be parsed as a number
        var height = parseInt(event.data) + 32; // add some extra height to avoid scrollbar
        iframe.height = height + "px";
    }
</script>
    <iframe src='http://mysite.com/products/default.aspx?iframe=true&partnerid=222&site=localhost:62014' frameborder="0" width="100%" scrolling="auto" style="min-height: 750px; min-width: 600px; background-color: #fff;"  id="my_iframe" >
    </iframe>

MessageChannel port.postMessage's data is null when calling postMessage with a transferable object?

hope this fix your issue I've reduced your code sample and discovered that the ArrayBuffer is always lost when it is passed through a MessagePort of a MessageChannel.
Reported as issue 334408: "ArrayBuffer is lost in MessageChannel during postMessage (receiver's event.data == null)" https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=334408

Uncaught SyntaxError: Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'Window': Invalid target origin '' in a call to 'postMessage'

I wish did fix the issue. This was fixed by removing the 'https:' from the src URL of the iframe....it should start '//player.vimeo.....'

Is it possible to send `postMessage` to an app with Cypress? How to pass data that would be received via `postMessage`?

By : Igor Bat

should help you out You can send a window.postMessage() in Cypress. Because Cypress runs in the browser next to your application, it has access to all web APIs.
In order to get a reference to the window object of your application, you can use cy.window()
code :
cy.window() // get a reference to application's `window`
.then($window => {
  const message = 'some data here'
  $window.postMessage(message, '*')
})
