when to and when not to use "this" in JSX event handler function reference?

hop of those help? this is necessary if you're trying to reference a function/value that is outside of the scope of the current function (render() in your case) but is still encapsulated in an object or class.
code :
const foo = () => 'foo';

class Clazz {

    otherFunc() {
        return 'otherFunc';
    }

    render() {
        const bar = () => 'bar';

        bar() // can call directly

        this.otherFunc() // necessary as it's a "sibling" function

        foo(); // not necessary as it's a global function in this module's scope
    }
}

How do you disable or catch "paste" or "Control+V" event in an text box event handler in C# Winform?

Hope this helps Trapping the keystroke isn't enough, the user can also paste using the context menu. This requires trapping the operation at a lower level, you have to catch the WM_PASTE message and prevent it from reaching the native Windows control. Add a new class to your project and paste the code shown below. Compile. Drop the new control from the top of the toolbox onto your form. It does have one flaw, the Paste command isn't disabled on the context menu. No easy fix for that one, you'd have to replace it with your own.
code :
using System;
using System.Windows.Forms;

class NopasteTextBox : TextBox {
    protected override void WndProc(ref Message m) {
        // Trap WM_PASTE:
        if (m.Msg == 0x302) return;
        base.WndProc(ref m);
    }
}

Why can I not pass a "function declaration" as an argument in an event handler function with JQuery?

Hope this helps Why isn't this working using function declaration, but it's working perfectly using function expression? Assuming that the only difference is how the browser loads them into the execution context. , Here:
code :
$('.btn').on('click',foo(event));
var foo = function(event){
    console.log('in foo');
}
$('.btn').on('click', foo);
function foo(event) {
  var data = event.data;
  if (data.whatever) { // ...
$('.btn').on('click', { whatever: true }, foo);

Why does the ".on(<event>, function())" style of jQuery event handler not work for "hover"?

I wish this help you That's because hover is not an event name. Prior to jQuery 1.9 the library supported using this name, as is stated in the "Additional notes here:

code :
document.getElementById('xx').addEventListener('click', this.clickHandle.bind(this));

[Vue warn]: Error in event handler for "upload-success": "TypeError: fns.apply is not a function"

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Your uploadImageSuccess is set as a string, not a method. You get the error because the vue-upload-multiple-image component tries to call it as a function.
Add a method to your component to handle the successful image upload:
code :
...

methods: {
  uploadImageSuccess(formData, index, fileList) {
    // Do whatever you need here
  }
},

...
