wish helps you Your update="fileNameLabel" should address the h:form since it is the wrapper of your label which has to be rendered.
Edit 14.12.2018
code :
<h:form>
   <div jsf:id="uploadImageWrapper">
        <p:outputLabel value="#{indexBacking.fileName}" rendered="#{indexBacking.showLabel}" id="fileNameLabel" for="uploadImage" />
        <p:fileUpload id="uploadImage" mode="advanced"
                      dragDropSupport="false" required="true"
                      sizeLimit="5120000"
                      requiredMessage="Harap upload KTP anda"
                      allowTypes="/(\.|\/)(gif|jpeg|png|pdf)$/"
                      fileUploadListener="#{indexBacking.handleUpload}"
                      update="uploadImageWrapper"
                      auto="true"/>
   </div>

Show (Visible/Hidden NOT Show/Hide) HTML Element based on form select box selection

this will help The following worked perfectly for my needs. Took the state of a checkbox and did wonderful things for me; Made 3 different form elements visible (vs. show/hide) based on checkbox checked or not checked. Simple, I guess. Then again, I base "simple" on how symmetrical the code looks and if it's less that 10 lines. Other than that, I'm lost. However, I've officially given up on messing around with IE's checkbox border issue and X-browser alignment yippeedoodles. I want pixel perfect the hard way. But I lost that battle. But rather than get into any discussion about that, I need to accomplish the same thing using a form select box as I was able to do with the checkboxes (below): , take a look at the select tag:
code :
<select name="SelectBox">
<option>Make a Choice</option>
<option value="IdTwo">Selection1</option> <!-- the value should be the id of the input field -->
<option value="IdThree">Selection2</option>
<option value="IdFour">Selection3</option>
</select>
<input id="IdTwo" name="input1" type="text" class="toggle">
<span id="IdThree" class="toggle">
   Im Not In display:none Mode I'm In visibility:hidden Mode. Big difference."
</span>
<input id="IdFour" name="input2" type="text" class="toggle" />
jQuery(document).ready(function(){
 jQuery('input[name="SelectBox"]').change(function(){
  jQuery('.toggle').css({"visibility":"hidden"});//Hide all
  jQuery("#" + jQuery(this).val()).css({"visibility":"visible"});
 });
});

Primefaces Multiple FileUpload doesn't show files nor triggers the handleFileUpload

seems to work fine @Daniel, blieve me. I've searched many days before I post my question here. But I have resolved the Problem by myself.
here is the solution in case that somebody has the same problem:
code :
    @Controller
    @Scope(WebApplicationContext.SCOPE_REQUEST)
    public class ImageManager implements Serializable {

        private final static int MAX_UPLOADED_FILES = 5;
        private final static String UPLOADED_FILES_PATH = "E:/uploadedImages";

        private final static Map<UUID, UploadedFile> uploadedFiles = new HashMap<>();

        private final static List<String> listImages = new ArrayList<>();
        private StreamedContent image;

        private static StreamedContent defaultImage = null;
        static {
            try {
                defaultImage = new DefaultStreamedContent(new FileInputStream(new File("E:\\uploadedImages\\t.jpg")), "image/jpg");
            }
            catch (FileNotFoundException e) {
                e.printStackTrace();
            }
        }

        public List<String> getListImages() {
            return listImages;
        }

        public StreamedContent getImage() {
            final ExternalContext externalContext = FacesContext.getCurrentInstance().getExternalContext();
            final String imageId = (String) externalContext.getRequestParameterMap().get("imageId");

            if (imageId != null) {
                final UUID imageIndex = UUID.fromString(imageId);
                image = new DefaultStreamedContent(new ByteArrayInputStream(uploadedFiles.get(imageIndex).getContents()), "image/jpg");

                return image;
            }

            return defaultImage;
        }

        public void handleFileUpload(FileUploadEvent event) {
            if (uploadedFiles.size() < MAX_UPLOADED_FILES) {
                final UploadedFile uploadedFile = event.getFile();
                if (uploadedFile != null) {
                    final UUID uuid = UUID.randomUUID();
                    uploadedFiles.put(uuid, uploadedFile);
                    listImages.add(uuid.toString());
                }
            }
        }

        public void setImage(StreamedContent image) {
            this.image = image;
        }

    }

hop of those help? According to the 3.4 documentation .ui-fileupload .start, .ui-fileupload .cancel and .ui-fileupload .progress selects your fileuploads' start, cancel and progress bar:
code :
<style type="text/css">
    .ui-fileupload .start {
        display: none;
    }
    .ui-fileupload .cancel {
        display: none;
    }
    .ui-fileupload .progress {
        display: none;
    }
</style>

should help you out I found a solution - not that good but it's okay.. I used a iframe with the uploadForm.xhtml (where the normal form with the upload-tag from primefaces is) as source and in my regular upload.xhtml page (with the jquery mobile CSS).
code :
<iframe src="./uploadForm.xhtml" width="100%" height="300" scrolling="auto" border="0" frameborder="0"></iframe>

wish of those help Try this instead - the inputText is not visible at the start, so it cannot be updated.
code :
 <h:panelGroup id="name">
      <p:inputText value="" rendered="#{user1.renderText}"/>
 </h:panelGroup>
