This might help you Here is a version of UserPreferences which will be more natural to use as you write your code. You can create it like you see in isFirstTime.
code :
userPreferences[accountId] = 1;
const electron = require("electron");
const fs = require("fs");
const path = require("path");

class UserPreferences {
    constructor(defaultPrefs, pathToPrefs) {
        const app = electron.app || electron.remote.app;
        this.pathToPrefs = path.join(app.getPath("userData"), pathToPrefs + ".json");

        try {
            this.store = require(this.pathToPrefs);
        catch (error) {
            this.store = defaultPrefs;
        return new Proxy(this, {
            get(target, property) {
                return target.store[property];
            set(target, property, value) {
                target.store[property] = value;
                fs.writeFileSync(target.pathToPrefs, JSON.stringify(target.store));

module.exports = UserPreferences;
function isFirstTime() {
    const account = new UserPreferences({
        user: {
            accountId: 0,
            createdAt: new Date(),
            lastSignIn: null,
            profileId: ""
    }, "fipes-user-preferences");

    const {lastSignIn} = account;

    return lastSignIn === null;

To fix this issue I'm trying to do destructuring in function parameters but I'm getting an error like below, , You are calling recursively your map function with wrong parameters.
code :
diff[key] = this.map(obj1[key], value2)
diff[key] = this.map({obj1: obj1[key], obj2: value2)

Cannot destructure property `user` of 'undefined' or 'null'

fixed the issue. Will look into that further cannot destructure property user of 'undefined' or 'null'. This mean user data null or undefined at the first time when you use fetch data from server. The API call to server is async. At the second time, you will got user data.
I see the user that you take as props with redux is res.data from server. I'm uncertain structure of res.data what is? So in component, you should be do like:
code :
const EditUser = ({
}) => {
    if (user) {
        const { loading, ... } = user // Get another key in user object

Hope that helps You're trying to deconstruct config where config is undefined or null. In this case, I'm thinking it's undefined.
If you console.log(require('./config')), you'll probably get undefined.
