it helps some times For LB4:
If you are using RestApplication, according to this and this
code :
const app = new RestApplication({
  rest: {
    port: 3001,
    host: "my-host"
  },
});
export class MyApplication extends RestApplication {
  constructor() {
    super({
      rest: {
        port: 4000,
        host: 'my-host',
      },
    });
  }
}
{
  "restApiRoot": "/v1",
  "host": "0.0.0.0",
  "port": 5000,
  .
  .
  .
  "legacyExplorer": false
}

How to read parameters on Linux network interfaces file (/etc/network/interfaces)

Does that help I'd like to read and set all parameters in /etc/network/interfaces using C++. , after some days, i got the answer to my issue.
Here you are..
code :
#include <iostream>
using std::cout;
using std::endl;

#include <fstream>
using std::ifstream;

#include <cstring>

const int MAX_CHARS_PER_LINE = 512;
const int MAX_TOKENS_PER_LINE = 20;
const char* const DELIMITER = " ";

int main()
{
  // create a file-reading object
  ifstream fin;
  fin.open("/etc/network/interfaces"); // open a file
  if (!fin.good())
    return 1; // exit if file not found

  // read each line of the file
  while (!fin.eof())
  {
    // read an entire line into memory
    char buf[MAX_CHARS_PER_LINE];
    fin.getline(buf, MAX_CHARS_PER_LINE);

    // parse the line into blank-delimited tokens
    int n = 0; // a for-loop index

    // array to store memory addresses of the tokens in buf
    const char* token[MAX_TOKENS_PER_LINE] = {}; // initialize to 0

    // parse the line
    token[0] = strtok(buf, DELIMITER); // first token

    if (token[0]) // zero if line is blank
    {
      for (n = 1; n < MAX_TOKENS_PER_LINE; n++)
      {
        token[n] = strtok(0, DELIMITER); // subsequent tokens

        if (!token[n])
          break; // no more tokens
      }
    }

    // process (print) the tokens
    for (int i = 0; i < n; i++) // n = #of tokens
    {
      if (strcmp (token[i],"\taddress") == 0 )
        cout << "IP: " << token[i+1] << endl;
      else if (strcmp (token[i],"\tnetwork") == 0 )
        cout << "NET: " << token[i+1] << endl;
      else if (strcmp (token[i],"\tnetmask") == 0 )
        cout << "MASK: " << token[i+1] << endl;
      else if (strcmp (token[i],"\tbroadcast") == 0 )
        cout << "BCAST: " << token[i+1] << endl;
      else if (strcmp (token[i],"\tgateway") == 0 )
        cout << "GTW: " << token[i+1] << endl;
      else if (strcmp (token[i],"\thwaddress") == 0 )
        cout << "MAC: " << token[i+2] << endl;

    }

    cout << endl;
  }
}

How to bind Elasticsearch 2.0 on both Loopback and Non-Loopback interfaces?

seems to work fine Starting from version 2.0 Elasticsearch binds only on the loopback interface by default (_local_ in terms of configuration). , For 2.0 you would need to use
code :
network.bind_host: 0
jMeter Slave - Server failed to start: java.rmi.RemoteException: Cannot start. ip-10-142-111-66 is a loopback address

I hope this helps you . I was having a similar issue and I abandon the ubuntu packaged version of jmeter for a newer version.

Any of those help This question is top doing a search regarding docker and multiple network interfaces. Although is not the required version in the question I leave here some info:
With Docker 1.12+ it's possible to add more than one network interface to a docker container, but it is needed to create the container first and then attach the second (and subsequence) network NICs prior to start the container:
